제2∼3도는 본 발명 방법의 각 단계에서 상부 금형과 하부 금형의 짝의 단면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지 심재 및 발포층이 이타된 표피재를 함유하는 다층 성형체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 맞물린 부분(6)에서 미끄러져 움직일 수 있고 캐비티 클리어런스(t)가 임의로 조정 가능한 상부 금형 및 하부 금형의 짝(1,2)을 준비하고, 발포층이 이타된 표피재(7)를 상기 상부 및 하부금형 사이에 놓고, 상기 캐비티 클리어런스(t)rk (C+15)㎜와 (C+15)㎜[C는 발포층이 이타된 상기 표피재의 두께이다.] 사이일 때 화학적 발포제를 함유하는 용융 폴리프로필렌 수지를 상기 상부 또는 하부금형에 장치된 수지용융물 투입관을 통해 공급하고, 상기상부금형(1)을 10㎜/sec∼100㎜/sec의 속도로 하강시켜 상기 수지 용융물을 5㎏/㎠∼100㎏/㎠의 압력으로 압축하여 캐비티 말단을 상기 수지 용융물을 채워 상기 수지의 심재의 성형을 완결시키고, 상기 심재를 성형 완료후 1∼30초 동안 압축하여 표피층을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 상부 금형(1)을 들어올려 발포층이 이타된 상기 표피재의 압축 압력을 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지의 발포압력보다 낮은 압력으로 감소시켜 발포된 심재를 형성 및 고체화하고, 다시 상기 상부 금형(1)을 하강시켜 성형품 상에 1㎏/㎠∼20㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하고 상기 성형품을 상기 금형에서 냉각시키는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 수지가 프로필렌의 단독 중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 수지가 프로필렌과 적어도 하나의 여타 단량체와의 공중합체인 방법.
