Abstract

열용융성불소수지를 성형할 때 동시에 코어재는 완전히 매립되어, 어떠한 보충공정도 필요없이 불소수지인서트성형체를 제조하는 방법으로, 코어재가, 금형과 코어재사이에 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌제의 베어러를 배치함으로서 코어재의 표면에 형성되는 표면재의 두께와 동일한 간격으로 금형표면과 떨어져 지지되어 있는 채로 열용융성불소수지를 성형함으로써 코어재, 베어러 및 열용융성불소수지를 합체시킨다.

Claims (4)

  1. 금형 및 코어재사이에 고융점의 불소수지제베어러를 1개이상 배치함으로서, 코어재의 표면에 형성되는 표면재의 두께와 동일한 간격으로 금형표면과 떨어져서 코어재를 배치하고; 상기 고융점불소수지보다 낮은 점의 용융불소수지로 금형공동을 채우고; 베어러 및 열용융불소수지를 합체하기 위해 가압하에 용융불소수지를 냉각, 고화하는 공정으로 이루어진, 열용융성불소수지를 표면재로 한 인서트성형체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고융점불소수지는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트성형체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어재에 1개 이상의 통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트성형체의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어러는 U형상 결합홈을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트성형체의 제조방법.
