Claims (1)
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 열경화성 제조물품의 성형방법.-아래쪽으로 한정된 적어도 하나의 오우프닝을 가지고 있는, 표면을 가진 금형을 공급하고; -상기 오우프닝내에, 팽창된 첫번째 형상으로부터 두번째 형상까지 미리 변형시켰고 회복하는데 적절한 온도로 처리했을때, 팽창된 첫번째 형상으로 회복할 수 있는 열-회복가능한 부재수단을 위치시킴으로써 두번째 형상이 상기의 오우프닝을 통해서 금형속으로 열경화성 수지 조성물을 흐를 수 있도록 하기 위한 오우프닝을 한정시키고; -금형속으로 섬유 강화재의 미리 형을 뜬 부재를 삽입시키고; -금형을 폐쇄하고; -열경화성 수지 조성물을 금형속으로 흐르게 하고; -상기의 첫번째 형상을 얻을 수 있도록 상기 열 회복가능한 부재수단을 팽창시키고 상기 금형 표면과 같은 높이의 표면을 생성하기 위해 상기의 열 회복가능한 부재수단을 가열하고; 제조한 물품을 치수적으로 안정화시키기 위해 충분한 시간동안 상기 열경화성 조성물을 상기 금형속에서 유지시키고; -금형을 열고, 상기 물품을 상기 금형으로 부턴 제거한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
