제3도는 프레스가 더 닫혀진 제1도 및 2도와 유사한 도면이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 플라스틱 물질과 길이가 약50㎜인 보강 섬유를 포함하고 있는 시이트형 물질로 된 장입물로부터 성형물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 시이트형 물질을 성형 온도로 가열하여 프레스 모울드에서 냉각 성형시키며, 성형된 표면에서 냉각 흔적이 생기는 것을 장지하기 위해 시이트형 물질의 표면에 모울드의 적어도 일부분 사이에 모울드보다 열전도성이 작은 열차단물질을 제공하고, 이 열차단 물질이 성형후 바로 성형된 표면으로부터 분리된 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열차단 물질이 모울드상에 코팅으로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 코팅이 에나멜, 세라믹 또는 폴리머 물질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열차단 물질이 성형과정후 모울드로부터 분리될 수 있는 삽입체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 삽입체가 하나 또는 이상의 연속되는 공정에서 재사용되기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열차단 물질이 성형된 표면에 엠보싱 효과를 만들어 주는 텍스쳐드 표면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열차단 물질이 모울드의 두면 또는 그 이상의 면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시이트형 물질로 된 장입물이 유럽 특허 출원 제85300031.2호(공보 제0148760호), 제85300033.9호(공보 제0148762호) 또는 제87306602.1호(공보 제0255316호)에 기술된 방법에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열차단 물질의 열전도도가 약 1.0w/m℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열차단 물질의 열 전도도가 약 0.5w/m℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
