Abstract

예열된 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트를 상하 금형간에 공급하고, 몰딩 클램핑의 완료시, 상하 금형 클리어런스를 예열전의 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트의 두께 보다도 크게하여, 금형에 설치된 오목부에 금형내에 설치된 수지 통로를 통하여 열가소성 수지를 공급하여, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 시트에서 성형된 부분과 오목부에서 성형된 부분을 용착 일체화하는 성형방법이다.
본발명에 의해 섬유로 강화되고, 경량화된, 리브, 보스 기타 돌출부 형상을 가지는 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 성형품이 얻어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 두께방향으로 팽창시키기 위하여 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트를 예열하고, 상하 금형사이에 팽창된 시이트를 공급하고, 금형의 클램핑 완료시에 상하 금형사이의 공차를 본래의 미가열 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트의 두께보다도 크게 하는 조건하에서 시트를 가압, 냉각하는 단계로 구성되는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형품의 성형방법에 있어서, 용융상태의 열가소성 수지가 금형에 현성된 수지 통로를 통하여 상하 금형중의 하나 이상에 형성된 오목부에 공급되며, 이에따라 오목부에 있는 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지로 부터 성형된 부분이 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트에서 성형된 부분과 용착으로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 성형품의 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예열 온도가 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 시트의 매트릭스 수지의 용융점보다 10에서 100℃까지 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 성형품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상하금형중의 하나에 설치된 오목부가 밖으로 벌어져 다른 금형을 향해 열려져있는 것(16)을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형품의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지통로의 수지 공급구에 개폐장치가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형품의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 따른 성형방법에 의해 제조된 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 성형품.
