제3도는 상대적인 회전운동을 하는 피스톤과 실린더를 갖는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따라서 배열된 커플링을 도시한다.
Claims (17)
- 작동중에 번갈아서 발생하는 항력과 구동 토오크에 영향을 받는 구동과 피구동 부품중에서 구동축에 연결되는 구동부품과 피구동축에 연결되는 피구동부품사이에서 번갈아서 발생하는 토오크의 전동장치용으로 작동중에 가변적인 위상을 가지며, 특히 적어도 하나의 캠축에 의하여 작동되는 인젝터와 밸브를 갖는 내연기관의 주축과 작동중에 변경시킬 목적으로 중첩되는 커플링에서 상기 구동과 비구동부품의 하나는 적어도 두개의 상반되는 실(13, 14; 32, 33) 사이로 일정하게 한정되는 피스톤(11; 30)에 연결되고, 다른 하나의 구동과 피구동부품은 실린더(10; 31)에 연결되어 피스톤(11; 30)과 실린더(10; 31) 사이의 상대적인 하나의 위치는 두축 사이의 각 위상차값과 일치하고, 두 실(13, 14; 32, 33)은 정상 작동 압력에서 실제적으로 압축될 수 있는 압축유체로 채워지며 일정한 전체 체적을 가지는데 있어서, 두 실((13, 14; 32, 33)은 반대되는 방향을 갖는 두개의 일정한 방향을 갖는 연결회로(18, 19)를 통하여 상호 연결되고 각각 일정한 체적을 가지며, 커플링의 구동과 피구동부품사이의 위차상차가 증감 또는 일정하게 유지됨에 따라 하나의 연결회로가 작동하고 다른 하나는 중립화되고 또는 두 회로 모두 중립화되는 것과 같은 방법으로 배치된 분산구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(10)와 피스톤(11) 상대적인 회전운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실린더(10)는 두개의 횡단벽(15)에 의하여 축방향으로 한계를 가지며 적어도 하나의 방사상의 간막이(12)에서 운반하는 원통형상의 케이스로 구성되고, 피스톤(11)은 밀봉되는 상기 횡단벽(15)을 통하여 연장되고 적어도 하나의 방사상의 날개(17)를 운반하는 축(16)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 쌍으로 영구히 상호 연결되며 원주방향으로 교류하는 두쌍의 대향된 실(13a, 13b, 14a, 14b)의 한계를 정하는 두개의 방사상의 날개(17a, 17b)와 두개의 방사상의 간막이(12a, 12b)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(31)와 피스톤(30)은 상대적인 병진운동을 하며, 기계장치(27, 28)는 상기 운동을 상대적인 회전운동으로 변환하기 위하여 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제5항에 있어서, 피스톤(30)은 동일한 단면의 원통형상의 베어링면에 의하여 피스톤(30)의 각 측면상에 실린더(31)를 통하여 인장되는 로드(29)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실(13, 14; 13a, 14a, 13b, 14b, 32, 33)이 체크 밸브(39, 40)를 통하여 각각 압축 유체의 예비 공급 또는 강화된 이송 펌프(38)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일정한 방향의 연결 회로(11, 19)와 분산구(22)가 실린더(10)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제3항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일정한 방향의 연결 회로는 방사상의 날개(17) 내에 배치된 체크밸브(20, 21)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 캠축(1)에 의하여 작동되는 인젝터와 밸브를 갖는 내연기관의 주축과 상기 캠축(1)사이에 중첩되는 커플링에서, 분산구(22)가 엔진작동의 적어도 하나의 변수에 반응을 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 터어보 압축기에 의하여 과급된 내연기관용 커플링에 있어서, 엔진의 작동 변수는 엔진의 속도와 과급 압력 P2인 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분산구(22)는 반대 방향으로 과급압력(P2)과 탄성 복귀장치(43)가 작동하게 하는 이동가능 요소(23, 46)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폐쇄 루프 제어가 분산구(22)의 이동가능 요소(46)와 피구동축(1) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제9항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전 가능한 피스톤의 축(16)은 중공측이며, 날개(17)에 배치된 일정한 방향의 연결회로(11, 19)는 공통부분은 공통 오리피스(53)를 통하여 중공축(16)내에서 개방되고, 분산구(22)의 이동 가능한 요소(46)는 중공축(16) 내부에 회전가능하도록 설치되며 리브(52)에 의하여 분리된 두개의 홈(50, 51)을 외부로 포함하고 오리피스(53)의 각 측면상에 있는 중공축(16)은, 리브(52)와 리세스(50, 51)에 의하여 중공축(46) 내부로 한정된 공간이 대향된 실(13, 14)과 각각 연결되어 놓인 두개의 오리피스(41, 42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제14항에 있어서, 리크(52)가 헬리컬 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전동장치용 커플링.
- 제14항에 있어서, 리브가 계단형상(52a, 52b, 52c)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동장치용 커플링.
