Description

신규한 프리프레그와 복합 성형체, 및 복합 성형체의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 「필름」과 수지층을 각각 복수층적층하여 접합한 예의 단면도이다. 제2도는 「필름」과 섬유강화 수지층을 한층씩 접합한 예의 단면도이다. 제3도는 섬유강화 수지층의 편면에 복수매의 「필름」을 접합한 예의 단면도이다.

Claims (42)

  1. 실질적으로 융점을 갖지 않은 유기계중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 700kg/㎟ 이상의 인장탄성율과 35kg/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 갖는 적어도 1매의 필름과, 적어도 1층의 수지층으로 이루어지고, 상기 필름과 상기 수지층이 접합되어서 이루어진 프리프레그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수지층이 열경화성수지로 이루어진 프리프레그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수지층이 열가소성수지로 이루어진 프리프레그.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수매의 필름과 복수층의 수지층이 교호로 접합되어 이루어진 프리프레그.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 에폭시수지, 폴리이미드수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 페놀수지, 및 폴리우레탄 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 프리프레그.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌 술파이드, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 및 폴리아미드 이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 프리프레그.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 아라미드로 이루어진 필름인 프리프레그.
  8. 실질적으로 융점을 갖지 않은 유기계 중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 700kg/㎟ 이상의 인장 탄성올과 35kg/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 갖는 적어도 1매의 필름과 적어도 1층의 섬유 강화 수지층으로 이루어지고, 상기 필름과 상기 섬유 강화 수지층이 접합되어서 이루어진 프리프레그.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열강화성 수지인 프리프레그.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열가소성 수지인 프리프레그.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1매 이상의 필름이 적어도 1층 이상 적층된 섬유 강화 수지층의 내층 및/또는 외층에 적층되어서 이루어진 프리프레그.
  12. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 및 섬유 강화수지층이 각각 1매식 또는 복수매씩 교호로 적층되어서 이루어진 프리프레그.
  13. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 보론섬유, 알루미나섬유, 탄화규소섬유, 폴리벤즈이미다졸섬유 및 폴리벤즈티아졸섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 섬유로 강화된 섬유 강화수지층을 사용하는 프리프레그.
  14. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 섬유를 1방향으로 당겨 가지런히한 시이트인 프리프레그.
  15. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 직물, 편물, 부직포 및 매트상물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시이트인 프리프레그.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 열강화성 수지가 에폭시 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 페놀수지 및 폴리우레탄수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 섬유 강화수지층을 사용하는 프리프레그.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌 술파이드, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 및 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 섬유 강화 수지층을 사용하는 프리프레그.
  18. 제8항에 있어서, 필름이 아라미드로 이루어진 필름인 프리프레그.
  19. 적어도 1매의 필름과 적어도 1층의 수지층 및/또는 섬유강화수지층으로 이루어진 관상형상의 성형체이며, 상기 필름이 실질적으로 융점을 갖지 않은 유기계 중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 700kg/㎟ 이상의 인장탄성율과 35kg/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 가지며, 상기 필름과 수지층 및/또는 섬유 강화 수지층이 서로 접합되어 있는 관상체.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 수지층 및 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열경화성 수지인 프리프래그.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 수지층 및 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열가소성 수지인 프리프래그.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 페놀수지 및 폴리우레탄수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 관상체.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌 술파이드, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리에테이미드, 및 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 관상체.
  24. 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1매 이상의 필름이 적어도 1층의 이상 적층된 섬유강화 수지층의 내층 및/또는 외층에 적층되어서 이루어진 관상체.
  25. 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 및 섬유 강화수지층이 각각 1매식 또는 복수매씩 교호로 적층되어서 이루어진 관상체.
  26. 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 보론섬유, 알루미나섬유, 탄화규소섬유, 폴리벤즈이미다졸섬유 및 폴리벤즈티아졸섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 섬유로 강화된 섬유강화수지층을 사용하는 관상체.
  27. 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 섬유를 1방향으로 당겨 가지런히한 시이트인 관상체.
  28. 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 직물, 편물, 부직포 및 매트상물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시이트인 관상체.
  29. 제19항에 있어서, 필름이 아라미드로 이루어진 필름인 관상체.
  30. 적어도 1매의 필름과 적어도 1층의 수지층 및/또는 섬유강화수지층으로 이루어진 판상형상의 성형체이며, 상기 필름이 실질적으로 융점을 갖지 않은 유기계 중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 700kg/㎟ 이상의 인장탄성올과 35kg/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 가지며, 상기 필름과 수지층 및/또는 섬유 강화 수지층이 서로 접합되어 있는 판상체.
  31. 제30항에 있어서, 수지층 및 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열경화성 수지인 판상체.
  32. 제30항에 있어서, 수지층 및 섬유 강화 수지층에 사용되는 수지가 열가소성 수지인 판상체.
  33. 제31항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 페놀수지 및 폴리우레탄수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 판상체.
  34. 제32항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌 술파이드, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 및 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 판상체.
  35. 제30항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1매 이상의 필름이 적어도 1층의 이상 적층된 섬유강화 수지층의 내층 및/또는 외층에 적층되어서 이루어진 판상체.
  36. 제30항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 및 섬유 강화수지층이 각각 1매식 또는 복수매씩 교호로 적층되어서 이루어진 판상체.
  37. 제30항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 보론섬유, 알루미나섬유, 탄화규소섬유, 폴리벤즈이미다졸섬유 및 폴리벤즈티아졸섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 섬유로 강화된 섬유강화수지층을 사용하는 판상체.
  38. 제30항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 섬유를 1방향으로 당겨 가지런히한 시이트인 판상체.
  39. 제30항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유강화 수지층중의 강화섬유가 직물, 편물, 부직포 및 매트상물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시이트인 판상체.
  40. 제30항에 있어서, 필름이 아라미드로 이루어진 필름인 관상체.
  41. 실질적으로 융점을 갖지 않은 유기계 중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 700kg/㎟ 이상의 인장탄성율과 35kg/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 갖는 적어도 1매의 필름과, 적어도 1층의 섬유 강화 수지층을 권회하여 적층하고 관상체를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 필름을 권회할때에 필름에 가해지는 장려깅 8kg/㎟이상인 관상체의 제조방법.
  42. 제41항에 있어서, 필름이 아라미드로 이루어진 필름이며, 섬유강화 수지층에 사용하는 열경화성수지인 제조방법.
