Claims (14)

  1. 하기 (a) 및 (b)로 구성되는 복합재 성형용구; (a) 섬유 강화 수지 매트릭스층, 및 (b) 두개의 상기 섬유강화 수지 매트릭스층 사이에 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 별개의 인터리이프층.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유강화 매트릭스 층은 강화 필라멘트 약 40내지 70중량%와 열경화성 수지 조성물 약 30내지 약 60중량%로 구성되는 용구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강화 필라멘트는 탄소섬유, 흑연섬유, 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 탄화규소 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 유리 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 레이온 섬유, 폴리벤즈이미다졸 섬유, 금속피복 흑연섬유 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 섬유인 용구.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강화 필라멘트는 평행 또는 불규칙 방향으로 정렬되는 용구.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지 조성물은 에폭시 수지, 비닐에스테르 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 비스-말레이미드 수지, 아세틸렌-말단 수지, 시아네이트 에스테트 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 매트릭스 수지로 구성되는 용구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 열가소성 수지, 열경화성 수지 또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 용구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 열가소성 수지 및/또는 엘라스트머 개질 에폭시, 또는 폴리선폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리아크릴레이트 및 폴리이미드 같은 열가소성 수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 수지로 구성되는 용구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인티리이프층은 약 5내지 약 100미크론 범위의 두께를 갖는 용구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 약 10내지 약 50미크론 범위의 두께를 갖은 용구.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 약 10내지 약 30범위의 두께를 갖는 용구.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 반투과성인 용구.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 인터리이프층은 상기 인터리이프층 제곱인치당 0내지 약 10개 범위 갯수의 구멍을 갖은 용구.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 인터리이프층(b)없는 용구에 비해, 열순환 동안 미세균열에 대한 개선된 손상 허용도 및/또는 내성을 갖는 용구.
  14. 제1항의 용구를 그내에 사용함으로 구성되는, 진공 성형, 오토클레이브 성형, 수지 트랜스퍼 성형 또는 수지 사출성형의 사용을 통한 성형품의 제조방법.
