스펀본드 직물이 접합된 프리프레그와 그 제조방법

제1도의 본 발명에 따른 프리프레그의 스펀본드 직물 접합구조를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이고, 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 프리프레그를 제조하는 공정을 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유, 폴리이라미드 섬유, 실리콘카바이드 섬유, 알루미나 섬유 및 보론 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보강섬유에 접합직물이 접착되어 이루어진 프리프레그(Prepreg)에 있어서, 상기 접합직물로서 스펀본드 직물(Spun Bonded Fabric)이 상기 보강섬유에 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀본드 직물이 접합된 프리프레그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 직물은 폴리에스터, 폴리아미드, 폴리아라미드 폴리 올레핀 섬유나 유리 섬유 또는 카본 섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀본드 직물이 적합된 프리프레그.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 직물은 그 두께가 0.001∼0.15㎜인 것을 특징으로 스펀본드 직물이 적합된 프리프레그.
  4. 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유, 폴리아라미드 섬유, 실리콘카바이드 섬유, 알루미나 섬유 및 보론 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보강섬유에 접합직물을 접착시켜서 프리프레그를 제조함에 있어서, 일방향으로 평행하게 시이트상으로 공급되는 상기 보강섬유에 스펀본드 직물을 겹쳐지게 공급하고, 그 양면에는 열경화성 수지를 담지 도포시킨 이형시이트를 접합 공급시킨 다음, 이들을 가열, 가압하여 상기 이형시이트 상에 도포된 수지를 보강섬위에 전이, 함침되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 스펀본드 직물이 접합된 프리프레그의 제조방법.
