Description

내열성 부직포 및 그의 제조방법
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 기둥형의 열가소성 수지 융착 성분을 갖는 본 발명의 내열성 부직포 구현예의 단면도를 나타내는 전자 현미경 사진이다.
제2도는 기둥형의 열가소성 수지 융착 성분을 갖는 본 발명의 내열성 부직포의 또 다른 구현예의 단면도를 나타내는 전자 현미경 사진이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 내열성 부직포(실시예 1 및 4)및 기타 다른 부직포(비교예 4및 8)의 밀도구배를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내열성 섬유 50∼95중량%, 및 내열성 섬유의 적어도 일부에 융착되어 상기 내열성 섬유를 상호 접착시키는 열가소성 수지 융착 성분 5∼50중량%로 구성되고, 기둥 형태로 뻗은 상기 열가소성 수지 융착 성분을 통해 상기 내열성 섬유가 상호 접착되어 이루어진 내열성 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 섬유가 전체 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 내열성 부직포.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 진체 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유가 폴리-m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유인 내열성 부직포.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 수지인 내열성 부직포.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.005∼0.10g/cm3인 내열성 부직포.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 관계(1)을 만족하는 밀도 구배를 갖는 내열성 부직포:
    0.0125n2-0.2000n+1.1875≥Wn/W1≥0.0738n2-0.6800n+1.6062(1).
    상기 식에서, 부직포를 그의 표면과 평행하게 5개 층으로 5등분할때, W1은 최하층의 중량을 나타내고, n은 최하층으로 부터의 층의 순번이고, Wn은 최하층으로 부터 n번째 순번의 층의 중량을 나타낸다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.005∼0.05g/cm3인 내열성 부직포.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.010∼0.10g/cm3이고 파단 신도가 30∼80%인 내열성 부직포.
  9. 내열성 섬유 95∼50중량%와 열가소성 수지 섬유 5∼50중량%을 배합하고, 수지 배합물을 가압하지 않은채로 열가소성 수지 섬유의 융점보다 높은 온도의 열풍 기류에 의해 섬유 배합물을 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 열가소성 수지 섬유의 융점 이상의 30℃∼50℃이고, 열풍을 0.3∼1.0m/초의 유속으로 적용함을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유가 열가소성 수지 섬유의 섬유 직경보다 더욱 큰 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포의 제조방법.
