- 제1항에 있어서, 중공미세구는 제조된 비접합 로빙, 사 또는 느슨한 스퍼이합사의 두께가 출발물질 두께의 2 내지 30배 특히 5 내지 10배가 되도록 하는 양만큼 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 어떤 접합제도 없는 평행기본 필라멘트의 실질적 부분이 늘어져 떨어져 있거나 또는 분리되어 있으며, 기본 필라멘트 사이의 공간은 직경 20 내지 300㎛를 갖는 중공플라스틱 미세구로 주로 채워져 있으며 수직픽업 및 비중은 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고탄성율을 갖는 연속평행 배열된 기본필라멘트의 사, 로빙 또는 느슨한 스펀이합사의 웹, 편성포 또는 스티치 접합물 형태인 듀로 플라스틱의 강화재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중공미세구는 제조된 비접합 웹, 편성포 또는 스티치 접합물이 출발물질 두께의 20 내지 30배 특히 5 내지 10배인 양으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 고탄성율을 갖는 섬유는 유리, 탄소섬유 또는 아라미드섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중공체 충전제의 진밀도가 0.02~0.2kg/d㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액상경화수지 특히 에폭시수지 또는 불포화 폴리에스테르수지의 흡수력은 삽입된 중공체 충전제의 양에 의해 필요한 값으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중공미세구는 열가소성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 로빙, 사 또는 느슨한 스펀이합사의 고탄성율을 갖는 연속평행 배열된 기본필라멘트는 중공플라스틱 미세구의 미리 형성된 미팽창입자의 수용성 접합체-유리현탁액을 사용하여 늘어져 떨어져 있거나 또는 움직여 떨어져 있으며, 결과로서 생기는 공동은 입도가 5 내지 10㎛인 입자로 대부분 채워져 있으며, 이와 같이 얻은 물질은 미리 형성한 입자의 팽창공정시 필요한 온도로 필요한 시간동안 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 삽입된 중공미세구를 갖는 로빙, 사 또는 이합사는 웹, 편성포, 또는 스티치 접합물로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 웹, 편성포, 또는 스티치 접합물의 형태로 존재하는 로빙, 사 또는 느슨한 스펀이합사를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중공미세구의 삽입된 미리 형성된 미팽창입자를 갖는 로빙, 사 또는 이합사는 팽창공정전에 웹, 편성포 또는 스티치 접합물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미리 형성된 미팽창입자를 사, 이합사 또는 로빙 또는 이로 제조한 편평형 직물에 함입시키기 위하여 상기 제품은 입자의 수용성 접합제-유리현탁액으로 구성되는 조에서 풀링공정을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중공체 충전제의 미리 형성한 미팽창입자의 양은 출발물질의 두께를 2배 내지 30배, 특히 미리 형성한 중공미세구의 팽창이 따르는 5 내지 10배로 증가시키는 방법으로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 고탄성율인 섬유가 유리, 탄호 또는 아라미드 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제15항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액상경화수지, 특히 에폭시수지 또는 불포화 폴리에스테르수지의 흡수력이 삽입된 중공체 충진제의 양에 의해 필요한 값으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화재.
- 제9항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 팽창공정의 온도가 80℃와 150℃사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제17항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 팽창공정의 레인지 스페이서간에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 가벼운 듀로플라스틱 라미네이트를 제조하는 데에 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 의한 강화제의 사용.
- 실질적인 부분이 늘어져 떨어져 있거나 움직여 떨어져 있고 기본 필라멘트사이의 중공공동이 직경 20 내지 300㎛를 중공플라스틱 미세구로 대부분 채워진 보강제를 함유하며 고탄성율을 갖으며 평행 배열 연속기본 필라멘트의 로빙, 사 또는 느슨한 스펀이합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 저비중의 듀로 플라스틱 섬유합성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
