- 굽힘탄성율에 있어서 150㎏/㎟이상의 수지로서 이루어진 발포체가, 접착성분을 개재하여 섬유직물에 의해 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사의 혼입에 의해 표면 및/또는 내부가 강화된 섬유보강발포체에서, 발포처리에 의해 그 복합섬유 또는 복합사의 복합 제1성분이 열변형 또는 열용융하여 접착성분으로 되고, 다른 성분이 섬유상 성분으로서 존재하여 발포체가 보강되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사에 의해 구성된 직포에 의해 표면 및/또는 내부가 강화된 섬유보강발포체에서, 발포처리에 의해 그 복합섬유 또는 복합사의 복합 제1성분이 열변형 또는 열용융하여 접착성분으로 되고 다른 성분이 섬유상성분으로서 존재하여 발포체가 보강되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사의 혼입과 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사에 의해 구성된 직포에 의하여, 표면 및/또는 내부가 강화된 섬유 보강발포체에서, 발포처리에 의해 그 복합섬유 또는 복합사의 복합 제1성분이 열변형 또는 용융하여 접착성분에 의해, 다른 성분이 섬유상 성분으로서 존재하여 발포체가 보강되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유 또는 복합사가, 심지/피복형 복합의 복합섬유 또는 복합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이메탈형 복합의 복합섬유 또는 복합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유 또는 복합사가 다층 접합형복합의 복합섬유 또는 복합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유가 방사상 다층접합형 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 심지/피복형의 복합섬유의 구조가, 다심지/피복형 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다심지/피복형의 복합섬유의 구조가, 2종 이상의 다른 심지 성분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합사가 복수성분의 섬유로서 이루어지는 혼성필라멘트사인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합사가 복수성분의 실로서 이루어지는 합연사인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유 또는 복합사에 있어서 접착성분이, 발포체의 열변형 온도 또는 용융점보다는 적어도 10℃ 이상 낮은 열변형온도 또는 용융점을 가지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복함섬유 또는 복합사에 있어서 접착성분이, 발포체와 같은 모노머 단위를 가지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복함섬유 또는 복합사에 있어서 접착성분이, 발포체의 구성 모노머 단위 및 다른 모노머단위로서 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유또는 복합사에 있어서 섬유상 성분이, 160℃ 이상의 열변형온도 또는 용융점을 가지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유또는 복합사에 있어서 섬유상 성분이,접착 성분의 열변형온도 또는 용융점보다 적어도 70℃ 이상 높은 열변형온도 또는 용융점을 가지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유 또는 복합사에 있어서 섬유상 성분이, 발포체의 열변형온도 또는 용융점보다 적어도 50℃ 이상 높은 열변형온도 또는 용융점을 가지는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1,2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포체가 벤젠고리를 가지는 폴리머에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1,2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포체가 폴리스티렌수지 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 제1,2,3항 또는 제4항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포체가 페놀수지발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체.
- 잠재발포성을 가지는 재료와 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사를 재료로 사용하고, 그 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사의 복합 제1성분의 열변형온도 또는 용융점보다도 적어도 10℃ 이상 높고, 또한 복합 제2성분의 용융점보다도 적어도 20℃ 이상 낮은 온도에서 발포처리를 행하게 함에 의해, 전기한 복합 제2성분을 섬유상의 보강물로 하고, 또한 전기한 복합 제1성분을 그 섬유상의 보강물과 발포체와의 접착제로 하여, 섬유 보강발포체를 구성케 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체의 제조방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 발포처리를 행하는 온도가 복합 제2성분의 용융점보다 적어도 50℃ 이상 낮은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체의 제조방법.
- 잠재발포성을 가지는 재료와, 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사에 의해 구성된 직포를 사용하고, 그 복합섬유 및/또는 복합사의 복합 제1성분의 열변형온도 또는 용융점보다 적어도 10℃ 이상 높고, 또한 복합 제2성분의 용융점보다 적어도 50℃이상 낮은 온도에서 발포처리를 행하게 함에 의해 전기한 복합 제2성분을 섬유상의 보강물로서, 또한 전기한 복합 제1성분을 그 섬유상의 보강물과 발포체와의 접착체로서, 섬유보강발포체를 구성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체의 제조방법.
- 제22항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 발포체가 폴리스티렌수지발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체의 제조방법.
- 제22항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 발포체가 페놀수지발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강발포체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
