본 발명은 상당히 연속적인 열가소성 필라멘트 제1 및 제2스펀본드 웹(11 및 13) 및 제1 및 제2부직포 웹의 사이에 삽입된 열가소성 멜트블로운 마이크로파이버로 이루어진 소수성 마이크로파이버 부직포 웹(12)으로 이루어진 부직포 복합 재료(0)이다. 스펀본드 부직포 웹의 필라멘트는 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머 성분 및 하나 이상의 높은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리머 성분을 포함하는 연속적인 다성분계 필라멘트로 형성되는데, 다성분계 필라멘트 표면의 상당한 부분은 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 성분으로 이루어진다. 소수성 부직포 미세 다공 웹은 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머로부터 형성된다. 웹은 불연속 점 결합에 의하여 부직포 복합 재료를 형성하기 위하여 결합되며, 점 결합은 상기한 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 및 상기한 제3부직포 웹의 폴리에틸렌이 상호 융합하여 형성되는 결합이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 부직포 복합 재료를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 부직포 복합 재료를 제조하기 위한 방법의 일 실시예를 나타내는 개략도, 제3도는 본 발명의 부직포 복합 재료를 사용하여 제조한 보호 의류를 나타내는 개략도, 제4도는 제3도의 4-4행의 단면 및 의류의 융합 결합 시임을 보여주는 단면도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료로서, 연속적인 다성분계 필라멘트로 이루어진 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹, 상기 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹은 부직포 복합 재료의 대향 외부 표면을 이루고, 상기 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트는 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머 성분 및 높은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리머 성분을 포함하고, 상기 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 성분은 필라멘트 표면의 상당 부분에 존재하고, 상기 높은 융점을 가지는 폴리머 성분은 필라멘트 길이를 따라 상당히 연속적인 형상으로 존재함; 상기 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹의 사이에 삽입된 제3부직포 웹, 상기 제3부직포 웹은 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머로부터 형성되는 최소한 하나의 소수성 미세 다공층을 포함함; 및 상기 패브릭 복합 재료 전체적으로 상기 부직포 복합 재료를 형성하기 위하여 제1, 제2 및 제3웹을 결합하는 다수개의 불연속 점 결합, 상기 불연속 점 결합은 상기 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 및 상기 제3부직포 웹의 폴리에틸렌 폴리머가 함께 융합된 영역을 포함함;을 포함하는 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 부직포 복합 재료는 단면 방향(CD)으로 최소한 15파운드, 머신 방향(MD)으로 최소한 25파운드의 그랩 인장력, 최소한 35cfm의 거얼리 공기 투과도 및 40 내지 120gsm 범위의 기초 중량을 가지는 부직포 복합 재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 부직포 복합 재료는 50 내지 60gsm의 기초 중량 및 35cm 이상의 두율을 가지는 부직포 복합 재료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 부직포 복합 재료는 85% 이상의 박테리아 여과효율(FFE)을 가지는 부직포 복합 재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다성분계 필라멘트의 높은 융점을 가지는 폴리머성분은 폴리에스테르인 부직포 복합 재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다성분계 필라멘트이 높은 융점을 가지는 폴리머성분은 폴리아미드인 부직포 복합 재료.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트는 폴리에스테르코어 및 폴리에틸렌 쉬스를 가지는 쉬스-코어 구조의 이성분계 필라멘트를 포함하는 부직포 복합 재료.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트는 폴리에스테르 성분 및 폴리에틸렌 성분을 가지는 사이드-바이-사이드 구조의 이성분계 필라멘트를 포함하는 부직포 복합 재료.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 최소한 하나의 소수성 미세 다공층은 멜트블로운 마이크로파이버의 부직포를 포함하는 부직포 복합 재료.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패브릭의 최소한 하나의 외주 부분을 따라서 확장된 상당히 연속적인 실, 상기한 실온 상기한 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 사이에 융합 결합하여 형성됨을 포함하는 부직포 복합 재료.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 의한 부직포 복합 재료의 두 조각과, 상기한 두 패브릭을 결합하는 시임을 포함하는 물건으로서, 상기한 시임은 상기한 한 조각의 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 및 다른 한 조각의 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 사이에 형성된 융합 결합을 포함하는 물건.
  12. 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료로서, 연속적인 다성분계 필라멘트로 이루어진 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹, 상기 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹은 부직포 복합 재료의 대향 외부 표면을 이루고, 상기 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트는 상기 필라멘트의 표면에 존재하는 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머 성분 및 높은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리머 성분을 포함하고, 상기 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 성분은 필라멘트 표면의 상당부분에 존재하고, 상기 높은 융점을 가지는 폴리머 성분은 필라멘트 길이를 따라 상당히 연속적인 형상으로 존재함; 상기 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹의 사이에 삽입된 멜트블로운 마이크로파이버의 제3부직포 웹, 상기한 마이크로파이버는 50마이크론 이하의 직경의 섬유를 가지며, 감마선 방사에 안정된 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 폴리머로부터 형성됨; 상기 패브릭 복합 재료 전체적으로 상기 부직포 복합 재료를 형성하기 위하여 제1, 제2 및 제3웹을 결합하는다수개의 불연속 점 결합, 상기 불연속 점 결합은 상기 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 및 상기 제3부직포 웹의 폴리에틸렌 마이크로파이버가 함께 융합된 영역을 포함함; 및 상기한 패브릭 복합 재료는 단면 방향(CD)으로 최소한 15파운드, 머신 방향(MD)으로 최소한 25파운드의 그랩 인장력, 최소한 35cfm의 거얼리 공기 투과도 및 40 내지 120gsm 범위의 기초 중량을 가짐; 을 포함하는 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료.
  13. 최소한 두 개의 패널의 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료, 상기 부직포 복합 재료는 연속적인 다성분계 필라멘트로 이루어진 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹, 상지 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹은 부직포 복합 재료의 대향 외부 표면을 이루고, 상기 제1 및 제2웹의 다성분계 필라멘트는 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머 성분 및 높은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리머 성분을 포함하고, 상기 낮은 융점을 가지며 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 성분은 필라멘트 표면의 상당 부분에 존재하고, 상기 높은 융점을 가지는 폴리머 성분은 필라멘트 길이를 따라 상당히 연속적으로 존재함, 상기 제1 및 제2스펀본드 부직포 웹의 사이에 삽입된 제3부직포 웹, 상기 제3부직포 웹은 감마선 방사에 안정된 폴리에틸렌 폴리머로부터 형성되는 최소한 하나의 소수성 미세 다공층을 포함함, 상기 패브릭 복합 재료 전체적으로 상기 부직포 복합 재료를 형성하기 위하여 제1, 제2 및 제3웹을 결합하는 다수개의 불연속 점 결합, 상기 불연속 점 결합은 상기 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 및 상기 제3부직포 웹의 폴리에틸렌 폴리머가 함께 융합된 영역을 포함함; 상기 패널중의 한 패널은 다른 하나의 패널의 한 부분과 면 대 면 접촉하는 부분을 갖도록 위치한 일부를 가짐; 및 상기한 접촉 부위를 따라 상기 패널을 서로 결합하는 시임, 상기한 시임은 상기한 한 패널의 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분과 다른 한 패널의 다성분계 필라멘트의 폴리에틸렌 성분 사이의 융합 결합으로 이루어짐을 포함하는 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 보호 의류.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 감마선 방사 살균 가능한 부직포 복합 재료의 상기한 패널은 단면 방향(CD)으로 최소한 15파운드, 머신 방향(MD)으로 최소한 25파운드의 그랩 인장력, 최소한 35cfm의 거얼리 공기 투과도 및 40 내지 120gsm 범위의 기초 중량을 가지는 보호 의류.
