Claims (8)

  1. 열-용융-접착 섬유 30 내지 100중량% 및 열-용융-접착 섬유 및 모노필라멘트의 열-용융-접착 성분의 융점보다 더 높은 융점을 갖는 섬유 70 내지 0중량%로 구성된 웨브로 이루어지며, 이때 상기한 웨브로 이루어진 섬유는 서로 접착되어 있으며, 또한 상기 웨브 및 상기 모노 필라멘트로 이루어진 상기 섬유도 열-용융 접착을 통하여 함께 접착되어 있는, 모노필라멘트의 열수축에 의하여 생성된 주름이 있으며 부직포 전표면상에서 인접한 주름간의 거리에 대한 파장이 0.1 내지 20mm인 강화 벌키 부직포.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 열-용융-접착 섬유가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 균질 섬유, 및 결정성 폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르/폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에스테르/저융점 폴리 에스테르로 이루어진 복합섬유중에서 선택되는 강화된 벌키 부직포.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 열-용융 접착 섬유와 동일한 종류의 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 강화된 벌키 부직포.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 웨브25mm당 1내지 20개의 모노필라멘트의 밀도를 갖도록 웨브의 전표면상에 균일하게 배열되는 강화된 벌키 부직포.
  5. 열-용융-접착 섬유의 열-용융-접착 성분보다 더 높은 융점을 갖는 섬유 70 내지 0중량% 및 열-용융-접착 섬유 30 내지 100중량%로 이루어진 웨브를 전면에 걸쳐 배열하고(여기에서 모노필라멘트는 상기의 열-용융-접착 섬유를 용융-접착시키기 위한 열처리 조건하에서 20% 이상의 수축%를 갖는다) ; 상기 웨브로 이루어진 섬유를 서로 접착하고, 또한 상기 웨브로 이루어진 섬유를 상기 모노필라멘트상에 열-용융 접착시켜 접착하며, 상기 웨브를 상기 모노필라멘트중에 생성되는 수축을 통하여 수축시킴을 특징으로 하는 강화된 벌키 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 열-용융-접착 섬유가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 균질 섬유, 및 결정성 폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르/폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에스테르/저-용융 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 복합 섬유중에서 선택되는 강화된 벌키 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 열-용융 접착 섬유와 동일한 종류의 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 강화된 벌키 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트를 열가소성 수지를 용융방사시켜 제조한 비연신 모노필라멘트를 실온에서 최초 길이의 1.5 내지 2.5배의 연신비로 연신시켜 수득하는, 강화된 벌키 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
