Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 수지로된 매트릭스 수지와 액정수지로 된 조성물을 사용하여 섬유화시킨 액정수지에 의해 강화된 액정수지 복합체를 제조하는데 있어서, 상기 액정수지의 전이온도가 열가소성 수지의 최저 성형가능 온도보다 높은 액정수지 복합체의 성형 방법 및 그 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에서는, 상기 복합체를 겉보기 전단속도 2×102-105sec-1, 액정전이 온도 이상으로 용융 압출 처리하는 것이 특징이다.
필라멘트 또는 박막 형태로 얻어지는 소재는 매트릭스 수지중의 3이상의 가로 세로비를 갖는 액정수지의 섬유를 갖어, 연신비 11-120으로 연신 처리함으로써 인장강도를 개선한다.
원하는 형태로 성형하기에는 직경이나 두께가 너무 작으로므 복합체를 다시 복수의 스트랜드나 필름소재를 서로 접합하여 성형 가능한 스트랜드나 시이트상으로 성형하는 형태의 합류공정, 접는 공정 또는 적층공정에 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.

제1도는 복합체의 상태변화에 대한 액정수지의 함유량이 미치는 영향을 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 압출전단 속도와 연신비의 상호 작용이 인장강도에 미치는 영향을 나타내는 그래프, 제3도는 본 발명의 제1법의 측면 개요도.
Claims (11)
- 열가소성 수지로 된 매트릭스 수지와 액정수지로된 조성물을 사용하여 섬유화시킨 액정수지에 의해 강화된 액정수지 복합체를 제조하는 데 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물을 매트릭스 수지의 최저 성형가능온도 이상, 또는 액정수지의 액정전이온도 이상에서 수지에 작용하는 겉보기 전단속도 3×102-105sec-1로 압출하여 매트릭스 수지중의 가로 세로비 3이상의 액정수지의 섬유를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출처리후에 다시 연신비 11-120으로 연신하는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 얻어진 소재가 필라멘트상으로서, 복수의 필라멘트 소재를 서로 접합하고 최저 성형가능온도이상, 액정전이온도 이하의 접합온도범위에서 스트랜드 상으로 성형하는 형태의 합류 공정에 적용하는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 얻어지는 소재가 박막으로서, 각 필름소재를 중첩되는 면에서 서로 접어 접합하고 최저 성형가능 온도이상, 액정전이온도 이하의 접합온도 범위에서 스트랜드 상으로 성형하는 형태의 접는 공정에 적용하는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 얻어지는 소재가 박막으로서, 복수의 필름소재를 서로 접합하고, 최저 성형 가능온도이상, 액정전이 온도 이하의 접합온도에서 사이트상으로 성형하는 형태의 적층 공정에 적용하는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 섬유배향 방향이 90°이하로 교차하면서 적층되는 액정수지 복합체의 성형방법.
- 열가소성 매트릭스 수지와 그 수지의 최저 성형 가능온도 보다 높은 액정전이온도를 갖는 액정수지를 겉보기 전단속도 3×102-105, 액정전이온도 이상에서 용융 압출하는 압출장치(1), 압출된 복합체를, 매트릭스 수지중의 가로세로비 3이상의 액정수지의 섬유로 된 필라멘트 상으로 연신비 11-120으로 연신하는 연신장치(3)및, 복수의 필라멘트 소재를 서로 접합하고 최저성형 가능온도 이상, 액정전이 온도이하의 접합온도 범위에서 스트랜드상으로 성형하는 합류장치(2)를 갖춘 액정수지 복합체의 성형장치.
- 열가소성 매트릭스 수지와 그 수지의 최저 성형가능 온도보다 높은 액정 전이 온도를 갖는 액정수지를 겉보기 전단속도 3×102-105sec-1, 액정 전이온도 이상에서 용융 압출하는 압출장치(1), 압출된 복합체를, 매트릭스 수지중의 가로 세로비 3이상의 액정수지의 섬유로 된 필름상으로 연신비 11-120으로 연신하는 연신장치(3)및 각 필름 소재를 중첩면에서 서로 접합하고 최저 성형 가능온도 이상, 액정 전이온도 이하의 접합온도 범위에서 스트랜드 상으로 성형하는 접는 장치(4)를 갖춘 액정수지 복합체의 성형장치.
- 열가소성 매트릭스 수지와 그 수지의 최저 성형가능 온도보다 높은 액정 전이 온도를 갖는 액정수지를 겉보기 전단속도 3×101-105sec-1, 액정 전이온도 이상에서 용융 압출하는 압출장치(1), 압출된 복합체를, 매트릭스 수지중의 가로 세로비 3이상의 액정수지의 섬유로 된 필름상으로 연신비 11-120으로 연신하는 연신장치(3)및 복수의 필름소재를 중첩면에서 서로 접합하고 최저 성형 가능온도 이상, 액정 전이온도 이하의 접합온도 범위에서 시이트 상으로 성형하는 적층하는 장치(4)를 갖춘 액정수지 복합체의 성형장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 얻어진 필름을 시이트 상으로 적층하는 장치가 접합 및 연신이 가능한 적어도 1쌍의 압압로울(122)로 이루어진 액정수지 복합체의 성형장치.
- 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트랜드 또는 시이트상의 복합체를 원하는 크기로 절단하는 절단장치(104)를 갖춘 액정수지 복합체의 성형장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
