Abstract
이질성 용융 점도를 가지는 용융취입 미세섬유로부터 제조된 부직 구조물은 표시된 용융취입 및 이질성 섬유의 교대 층으로 만들어진 복합 부직 패브릭 형태이며, 이질성 섬유의 표면용융 유속은 용융취입 섬유의 용융 유속의 약 1/3이다. 복합 부직 구조물은 우수한 차단성을 가지며 의학, 산업 및 위생용의 멸균 랩으로 유용하게 사용된다.

제 1도는 T-196TM폴리프로필렌 스테이플 섬유의 단면을 약 5000배 확대한 투과전자 현미경 사진이다. 제2도는 T-211 폴리프로필렌 스테이플 섬유의 단면을 약5000배 확대한 투과전자 현미경사진이다. 제3도는 본 발명의 복합 부직 구조물을 약 760배 확대한 주사전자 현미경 사진이다, 제4도는 제3도의 복합 부직 패브릭의 단면을 약 2200배 확대한 투과전자 현미경 사진이다.
Claims (21)
- 용유취입 미세섬유를 포함하는 제1섬유; 및 (a)단면 전체에 걸쳐 실질적으로 일정한 용융점 및 불균일한 용융점도를 가지는, 단일 중합체 또는 중합체 복합물을 필수적으로 포함하는 섬유, 및 (b)제1섬유 용융 유속의 최소한 약 1/3의 표면 용융 유속 및 단면 전체에 걸쳐 불균일한 용융 점도를 가지는 섬유로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 섬유를 포함하는 제2섬유를 포함하는 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 제1섬유 층 및 적어도 하나의 제2섬유 층을 포함하는 복합부직 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 제1섬유 층 및 적어도 하나의 제2섬유층이 번갈아 위치하는 표면대표면 관계를 가지는 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2섬유가 열에 의해 산화된 표면을 포함하는 단일성분 섬유인 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2섬유가 RuO4에 의해 차등적으로 염색가능하고, 제2섬유의 표면이 제2섬유의 내부보다 짙은 염색을 나타내는 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2섬유가 코아 및 적어도 하나의 동심원을 가지는 다성분 섬유를 포함하는 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서로 유사한 중합체들 및 실질적으로 동일한 중합체들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 제1중합체의 제1섬유 및 제2중합체의 제2섬유를 필수적으로 포함하는 복합 부직 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1섬유 및 제2섬유가 소수성인 복합 부직 구조물.

- 제12항에 있어서, 제2섬유의 표면 용융 유속이 고유점도 수치의 전환에 따라 측정하여 적어도 약 800 데시그램/분인 복합 부직 구조물.
- 적어도 하나의 제1섬유 층과 적어도 하나의 제2섬유 층을 서로 열에 의해 결합시키는 결합 단계를 포함하는, 용융취입 미세섬유를포함하는 적어도 하나의 제1섬유 층; 및 (a)단면 전체에 걸쳐 실질적으로 일정한 용융점 및 불균일한 용융 점도를 가지는, 단일 중합체 또는 중합체 복합물을 필수적으로 포함하는 섬유, 및 (b)제1섬유 용융 유속의 최소한 약 1/3의 표면 용융 유속을 특징으로 하는 표면을 가지고 단면 전체에 걸쳐 불균일한 용융 점도를 가지는 섬유로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 섬유를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 제2섬유층을 포함하는 복합 부직 구조물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 잇어서, 결합 단계전에, 카딩된 스테이플 섬유를 열에 의해 결합시켜 적어도 하나의 제2섬유층을 얻는 예비 결합 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제2섬유가 방사결합된 연속 필라멘트를 포함하고, 결합 단계전에 적어도 하나의 제2섬유층을 제조하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 결합단계가 적어도 하나의제1섬유층과 적어도 하나의 제2섬유층을 캘랜더 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
