Description
Claims (19)
- (a)직물의 적어도 일면에 중합체성 물질을 부착시키거나 또는 상기 직물을 중합체성 직물내로 관통하여 연장되도록 배치함으로써 적층을 제공하는 단계와; (b)(ⅰ)단계 (a)에서 복원성 섬유로부터 직물을 제공하는 것이나, (ⅱ)상기 직물을 변형시키는 것을 구비하는 방법에 의해 복원성을 제공하는 단계와; (c)상기 직물에 직접 또는 중간부재를 거쳐 보강층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 열복원성 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복원성은 단계(a)에서 복원성 섬유로부터 직물을 제공하는 것을 구비하는 방법에 의해 제공되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복원성은 상기 직물을 변형시키는 것을 구비하는 방법에 의해 제공되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강층은 상기 직물에 적층된 중합체층을 거쳐서 적층되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물의 양쪽에는 중합체성 물질층이 적층되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체성 물질층 중 하나는 가교결합되고 다른 하나는 가교결합되지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 길이를 따라 물, 습기 또는 기타의 액체를 전달할 수 있는 섬유를 구비하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강물질은 용융성 물질을 갖는 중간부재를 거쳐 적층되며, 상기 제품의 복원시 상기 보강물질이 상기 용융성 물질내에서 주름이 지게 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 랩어라운드형 슬리브를 포함하고, 이 방법은 소정형상의 클램핑 수단에 의해서 함께 유지될 수 있게 된 상기 슬리브이 가장자리를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 각 종방향 가장자리에서 자체적으로 후방으로 절곡되어 로드를 수용할 수 있게 된 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 보강층이 상기 제품의 종방향 가장자리까지 연장되어, 밀폐채널이 상기 직물로 상기 보강층을 파지할 수 있도록 된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-복원성 섬유는 상기 열복원성 제품의 직물의 1차원 또는 그 이상의 차원내의 주요구성 요소를 구성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 상기 섬유의 제직물, 편직물 또는 부직물 집접물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물의 섬유는 폴리올레핀 섬유와 유리섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 직물을 열복원성 섬유와, 상기 열복원성 섬유에 대한 보강재 또는 지지재로서의 역할을 하는 비-열복원성 섬유를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강층은 금속을 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 보강층은 5-15 마이크론의 두께를 갖는 금속박막과, 100-500A의 두께를 갖는 용착금속을 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강층은 인장강도가 100℃에서 적어도 10㎫이고, BS 2782에 따라 측정된 강성도가 실온에서 10N/m미만인 방법.
- (a)제1항에 따른 방법으로 열복원성 제품을 제조하는 단계와, (b)상기 열복원성 제품으로 접속부를 밀폐시키는 단계와, (c)상기 제품을 가열하여 복원시키는 단계를 포함하는 케이블 접속부의 보호방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
