제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 삼적층 섬유고조를 12배율로 확대시켜 나타낸 횡단 면도, 제 2 도는 지구조와 내부접착제층을 50배율로 도시한 제 1 도의 상세도, 제 5 도는 단위면적당 서로 다른수의 지주를 가지고 있는 두가지 폴리이미드 부직포의 압축에 대한 압력-변형 도포. 제 7도는 열치미화 누빈 부직포인 지주주위의 매트릭스 섬유 고조의 단면도. 제 8 도는 단위면적당 서로 다른수의 지주를 가진 두 황화폴리페닐렌 부직포의 압축에 대한 압력-변형 도표. 제 9 도는 단위면적당 서로 다른수의 지주를 가진 두 폴리에테르이미드 부직포의 압축에 대한 압력-변형 도표.
Claims (32)
- 대부분의 섬유구조가 적어도 그 섬유간 여러 접착부위에 섬유간 결합을 형성토록 가열 처리된 열 수축성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유구조로 구성된 조성물.
- 대부분이 그 구조의 치밀성을 나타내도록 가열처리된 열수축성 섬유를 특징으로한 섬유구조로 이루어진 조성물.
- 섬유구조가 대부분이 열수축성섬유를 함유하며 분리된 섬유 그룹을 함유하구, 또한 상기 섬유 그룹의 밀도가 그 구조의 잔류부분의 밀도보다 크게 증가된 밀도의 구조를 나타내도록 열처리 시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로한 섬유구조로 이루어진 조성물.
- 열 수축성 섬유를 포함 하는 섬유구조를 형성하고, 이 구조를 성형표면에 밀착시키고, 그 구조를 수축에 대하여 적어도 한방향으로 제한시키고 상기 물질을 그 구조의 경화성을 증가시키도록 섬유간 결합을 얻기에 충분한 온도 및 시간동안 가열시킨뒤, 상기 표면엣 상기 성형제품을 제거시키는 것을 특징으로한 방법에 의하여 제조된 성형제품의 형태인 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열처리후 그 구조의 밀도가 일정하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 구조가 그 속에 다수의 길이성분을 가지고, 각 성분이 평면에 배향되고 열처리에 의하여 치밀화된 일단의 섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조가 평면에 대하여 가로방향으로 확장되는 다수의 길이 성분을 가진 층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 부직펠트, 니트물 및 직조물중 한 가지 또는 그 이상으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 섬유고주가 분리된 일련의 섬유층을 포함한 배트인것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조층이 다같이 적층된 섬유물의 여러층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 적층 접착제가 아크릴 접착제, 폴리에스테르 접착제, 폴리아미드 접착제, 폴리올레핀적찹제, 폴리우레탄 접착제 및 폴리아미드 접착제로부터 선택하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로한 조성물.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일단의 섬유가 섬유구조의 평면에 횡렬로 형성되고 펠트가 누빔작업에 의하여 또는 수화-엉킴법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.005-1.2g/cc의 범위내인 것으로 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유길이가 펠트층내에 배향된 펠트층의 섬유고조를 특징으로한 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 배향된 섬유가 각 층내에 분리된 적층속에 배열되고 인접층의 배향 방향이 각도 5°이상으로 정의되도록 상기된 적층을 배열시킨 것을 특징으로 한느 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질을 섬유간 결합을 얻도록 섬유를 수축시키기에 충분한 온도에서 그리고 시간동안 가열시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조에 대하여 대부분이 상기 섬유로된 섬유들이 폴리아미드섬유, 아크릴섬유, 폴리프로필렌섬유, 황화폴리페닐렌섬유, 폴리이미드섬유, 방향성 에테트케톤섬유 및 폴리에테르이미드섬유로부터 선택된 열수축성섬유임을 특징으로한 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조의 각개 섬유가 가소성 있는 저분자량물질을 5 중량% 보다 많지 않은 부분으로 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 저분자량 가소성물질을 섬유중합체 및 동일한 중합물질의 저분자량 올리고마용 용매로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 18항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 섬유가 폴리이미드 섬유이고 용매가 디메틸포름아미드, N-메틸 피롤리돈, N-비닐 필롤리돈 및 디메틸아세트아미드중 한가지 또는 그 이상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로한 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 하는 동안 상기 구조를 계속 억제시키는 억제 상태로 유지시킨뒤 그 억제 상태를 제거하는 동안 그 구조를 치밀화가 되기에 충분한 온도로 가열시키고 반면에 수축에 대하여 상기 구조를 성형 표면에 접착시키는 적어도 어느 한 방향으로 억제 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조가 수축에 대하여 적어도 평면으로 억제되어서 실질적으로 수축이 3차원 방향만이 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유의 유리전이온도를 초과한 온도로 가열시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조가 연속필라멘트 및 스테플섬유로부터 선택된 실 또는 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 23항에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형 표면이 외형이 삼차원인 판자를 얻도록 하는 적어도 두개의 공유면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7항 내지 2제 26 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 횡렬방향이 그 층의 평면에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특진으로 하는 조성물

- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유구조의 섬유가 연신비 2-7배로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로한 조성물.
- 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 응집 섬유 집합체의 적절한 수축 및 치밀화가 제공되도록 가열시 적어도 15-80% 이상수축 될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
