Abstract
본 발명은 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화 섬유 [A], 매트릭스 수지 [B], 및 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C]로 이루어지고 [C]가 편면 또는 양면의 표층 근방에 분포돼 있음을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그, 및, 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A]에 매트릭스 수지 [B]를 함침시킨 것의 편면 또는 양면에 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C], 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A]를 붙여 합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그의 제조방법, 그리고, 필름상에 성형한 매트릭스 [B], 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C], 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A]를 부텨 합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그의 제조방법에 관한 것이고, 택성, 드레이프성이라든가, 가열성형하여 복합재료로 한 때의 내열성을 확보하면서, 한편 탁월한 고내충격성, 충간 인성을 가지는 복합재료를 부여하고, 또 제조가 용이하여 재료의 자유도가 높은 프리프레그를 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A], 매트릭스 [B] 및 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C]로 이루어지고, [C]가 편면 또는 양면의 표층 근방에 분포돼 있음을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 제1항에 있어서, [C]의 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아세탈, 포리페닐렌옥시드, 폴리페닐렌설피드, 폴리알릴레이트, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리아라미드, 폴리벤즈이미다졸로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1이상인 프리프레그.
- 제1항에 있어서, [C]의 열가소성 수지의 탄성률이 80~400kg/㎟인 프리프레그.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 한 항에 있어서, [B]의 매트릭스 수지가 열경화성 수지인 프리프레그.
- 제4항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지, 말레이미드 수지, 비스말레이미드 트리아진 수지, 말단 반응성기를 가지는 열경화성 폴리이미드 수지, 아세틸렌 말단을 가지는 수지, 나직산 말단을 가지는 수지, 시안산 에스테르 말단을 가지는 수지, 비닐 말단을 가지는 수지, 알릴 말단을 가지는 수지, 페놀 수지, 레조르시놀 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 디알릴프탈레이트 수지, 요소 수지, 멜라민 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상인 프리프레그.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프리프레그 단위면적당의, 매트릭스 수지의 중량 B(g/㎡)와 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 C(g/㎡)가 다음의 식을 만족하는 관계에 있음을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A]에 매트릭스 수지 [B]를 함침시킨 것의 편면 또는 양면에 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C]를 붙여 합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 필름상(狀)에 성형한 매트릭스 수지 [B], 열가소성 수지의 섬유로 이루어지는 편물 [C], 장섬유로 이루어지는 강화섬유 [A]를 붙여 합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
