Abstract

[목적]자동적재방식의 장치에 사용될 수 있음과 동시에, 내구성이 향상되고, 또한, 피처리물에 요철이나 두께의 불규칙이 발생하는 것을 방지한 내열 쿠션재를 제공한다.
[구성]전부 또는 주요섬유가, 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로서 이루어지는 기초제(1)의 한면 또는 양면에, 미연신의 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 또는 그 섬유를 포함하는 웨브로서 이루어지는 커버층(2)을 형성하고, 상기 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 유리 전이점 이상의 온도에서 열처리하였다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전부 또는 주요섬유가, 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로서 이루어지는 기초제(1)의 한면 또는 양면에, 미연신의 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 또는 그 섬유를 포함하는 웨브로서 이루어지는 커버층(2)을 형성하고, 상기 메타계 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 유리 전이점(轉移點) 이상의 온도에서 열처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 쿠션재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기초제(1)가 직물 또는 웨브를 단독으로 겹쳐서 니들링하여 이루어진 것, 웨브와 직물을 겹쳐서 니들링하여 일체화한것, 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 내열 쿠션재.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기초제(1)와 커버층(2)을 수지접착 이외의 접착수단으로 합체시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 쿠션재.
  4. 제1항에 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커버층(2)에, 도전성의 내열섬유 웨브를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 쿠션재.
