피혁분말 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 한가지 실시예에 의한 피혁분말의 제조공정도, 제2도 (A)도, 제2(B)도 및 제2(C)도는 본 발명의 피혁분말을 사용하여 각각 피혁(합성 피혁 또는 인공피혁), 도료(도막으로서) 및 섬유로서 제품화한 제품의 개략적인 구성도. 제3도는 펠릿형상의 피혁 유사 성형품의 단면도.

Claims (16)

  1. 피질분이 85wt. %이상, 유지분이 2wt. %이하, 물로 추출가능한 Na+이온과 Ca2+이온과의 합계량이 0.5wt. % 이하이고 평균입자크기 D50이 7㎛ 이하이며 이 평균입자크기의 표준편차가 3㎛이하임을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 합성수지와 고무로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 최소한 한가지를 99∼10wt. % 함유하고 전기 피혁분말을 1∼90wt. % 함유함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말.
  3. (가) 피질분이 85wt. % 이상, 유지분이 2wt. % 이하, 물로 추출가능한 Na+이온과 Ca2+이온의 합계량이 0.5wt. % 이하이고 평균입자크기 D50이 7㎛ 이하이며 이 평균입자크기의 표준편차가 3㎛인 피혁분말. (나) 99∼10wt. %의 합성수지를 함유하고 피혁분말이 1∼90wt. %임을 특징으로 하는 피혁제품.
  4. (가) 피질분이 85wt. % 이상, 유지분이 2wt. % 이하, 물로 추출가능한 Na+이온과 Ca2+이온의 합계량이 0.5wt. % 이하이고 평균입자크기 D50이 7㎛ 이하이며 이 평균입자크기의 표준편차가 3㎛인 피혁분말. (나) 99∼10wt. %의 합성수지를 함유하고 피혁분말이 1∼90wt. %임을 특징으로 하는 피혁제품.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 피혁제품은 필름 또는 쉬이트형태인 피혁제품.
  6. 제3항에 있어서 기재를 포함시켜 구성하고, 이 기재에 필름 또는 쉬이트 형태의 피혁분말 및 합성수지로 된 합성물을 적충하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 피혁제품.
  7. (가) 피혁분말의 원료에 대하여 조분쇄한 후 최초의 건조를 시키고, (나) 건조된 조분말을 용매로 탈지한 다음 조분말중의 잔존용매를 제거하고, (다) 조분말을 수세하고 탈수한 후, (라) 스팀으로 팽윤처리하고, (마) 재건조시켜, (바) 재건조된 조분말을 미분쇄하여, (사) 미분말과 조분말을 분급하는 공정을 실시한 후, (아) 다시 미분말을 평균입자 크기 D50≤7㎛로 재미분쇄하는 공정을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서 기재를 포함시켜 구성하고, 이 기재에 필름 또는 쉬이트 형태의 피혁분말 및 합성수지로 된 합성물을 적충하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 피혁제품.
  9. (가) 피혁분말의 원료에 대하여 조분쇄한 후 최초의 건조를 시키고, (나) 건조된 조분말을 용매로 탈지한 다음 조분말중의 잔존용매를 제거하고, (다) 조분말을 수세하고 탈수한 후, (라) 스팀으로 팽윤처리하고, (마) 재건조시켜, (바) 재건조된 조분말을 미분쇄하여, (사) 미분말과 조분말을 분급하는 공정을 실시한 후, (아) 다시 미분말을 평균입자 크기 D50≤7㎛로 재미분쇄하는 공정을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  10. (가) 피혁분말의 원료에 대하여 조분쇄한 후 최초의 건조를 시키고, (나) 건조된 조분말을 용매로 탈지한 다음 조분말중의 잔존용매를 제거하고, (다) 조분말을 수세하고 탈수한 후, (라) 스팀으로 팽윤처리하고, (마) 재건조시켜, (바) 재건조된 조분말을 미분쇄하여, (사) 미분말과 조분말을 분급하는 공정을 실시한 후, (아) 다시 미분말을 평균입자 크기 D50≤7㎛로 재미분쇄하는 공정을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서 최초의 건조단계에서 조분말을 20∼30wt. %되게 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서 열처리에 의하여 잔존용매 제거 단계를 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서 잔존용매가 제거된 조분말에 일정량의 물을 공급하여 일정시간 세척한 후 탈수하는 공정을 수회 반복하여 수세 및 탈수단계를 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  14. 제6항에 있어서 여과에 의해 탈수를 함을 특징으로하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  15. 제6항에 있어서 잔존용매가 제거된 조분말을 이 조분말의 7배 이상의 중량의 물을 사용하여 수세를 실시함을 특징으로하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
  16. 제6항에 있어서 실온에서 수세를 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피혁분말의 제조방법.
