Claims (18)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 산 부가염, 및 이의 광학적, 기하학적 및 입체이성체, 및 이의 라세미 혼합물.
  2. 상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬이거나, 또는 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 사이클로펜탄, 사이클로헥산 또는 사이클로헵탄 환을 형성하고, R3및 R4는 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬이거나, 또는 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 사이클로펜탄, 사이클로헥산 또는 사이클로헵탄 환을 형성하며, R5는 수소, 저급알킬, 알카노일 또는 아로일이고, X는 할로겐, 저급알킬 또는 알콕시이며, m은 0내지 3의 정수이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R3, R4, R5가 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, X가 할로겐이며, m이 0 또는 1인 화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 각각 수소 또는 메틸이고, R5가 수소이며, X가 불소이고, m이 0 또는 1인 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소 또는 메틸이거나, 또는 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 사이클로펜탄 또는 사이클로헥산환을 형성하는 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,3-(4-(1-[1H-인다졸-3-일]-4-피페라지닐)부틸)-1-티아-3-아자스피로[4,5]데칸-4-온인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(4-[1-(6-플루오로-1H-인다졸-3-일]-4-피페라지닐]부틸)-5-메틸-4-티아졸리디논인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(4-[1-(6-플루오로-1H-인다졸-3-일)-4-피페라지닐]부틸)-1-타아-3-아자스피로[4,5]데칸-4-온인 화합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(4-(1-[1H-인다졸-3-일]-4-피페라지닐)부틸)-1-티아-3-아자스피로[4,5]노난-4-온인 화합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(4-(1-[1H-인다졸-3-일]-4-피페라지닐)부틸)-5,5-디메틸-4-티아졸리디논인 화합물.
  11. 활성성분으로서의 제1항의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 담체를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
  12. 정신병 치료 활성을 갖는 약제를 제조하기 위한 제1항의 화합물의 용도.
  13. a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시켜, R5가 수소인 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하고, 임의로 b)R5가 수소인 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 적합한 알킬화제와 반응시켜, R5가 저급 알킬인 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 상기식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, X 및 m은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R5는 수소 또는 저급알킬이나, 단 일반식(Ⅲ)에서 R5는 수소이다.
