Claims (11)

  1. 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염 또는 적용가능할 경우 이의 기하 및 광학이성제 및 라세믹 혼합물.
    상기식에서, X는 -0-,-S-또는-NH-이고, Y는 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급 알콕시이며, p는 1 또는 2이고, n은 2,3또는 4이며, R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 하이드록시, 할로겐, 아미노, 저급알킬아미노, 니트로, 저급알킬티오, 트리플루오로메톡시, 시아노, 트리플루오로메틸,알킬 또는아릴(여기에서 아릴은이다)이고;
    R1수소, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로겐, 하이드록시, 카복실, 저급알킬아미노, 니트로, 저급알킬티오, 시아노 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며, m은 1또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 저급알콕시 또는저급알킬이고, Y가 수소 또는 할로겐이며 p가 1이고 m이2인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X가 0또는 S이고, n이 3이며, Y가 수소이거나 플루오로인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X가 0이고, R이 OCH3또는인 화합물
  5. 제1항에 있어서,〔4-〔2-〔3-〔1,2-벤즈이속사졸-3-일〕-8-아자비시클로〕 〔3,2,1〕옥탄-8-일〕-에톡시〕-3-메톡시페닐〕에타논 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 〔4-〔4-〔3-〔1H-인다졸-3-일〕-8-아자비시클로〔3,2,1〕옥탄-8-일〕-부톡시〕-3-메톡시페닐〕에타논 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 〔4-〔4-〔3-〔6-플루오로-1H-인다졸-3-일〕-8-아자비시클로〔3,2,1〕옥탄-8-일〕-부톡시〕-3-메톡시페닐〕에타논 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염.
  8. 활성성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물 및 이의 적절한 담체를 함유하는 약학적 조성물.
  9. 정신병 치료 및/또는 우울증치료 활성을 갖는 약제제조를 위한 제1항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
  10. 일반식(X I), (X V I) 또는 (X V Ⅲ)의 화합물을 일반식(XⅡ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, X, Y, p, n, m 및 R은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, Z는 염소 또는 브롬이다.
  11. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬이고, X,Y 및 p는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
