Claims (6)

  1. (a)자동차의 엔진으로부터 출력되는 엔진토오크를 제어하는 엔진토오크 제어수단; (b)상기 엔진토오크와 변속기의 변속위치의 조합으로부터 자동차를 구동하는 구동토오크를 제어하는 구동토오크 제어수단; (c)운전자가 요구하는 토오크에 대하여 엔진 토오크 제어를 행하도록 상기 엔진 토오크 제어수단 또는 구동토오크 제어수단을 기능시키는 토오크 제어수단으로 이루어진 자동차의 구동력 제어장치.
  2. 자동차의 엔진토오크를 제어하고, 또 변속위치를 제어하는 것에 있어서, 엔진 토오크와, 이 엔진 토오크와 변속 위치로 정해지는 구동토오크의 조합으로 운전자가 요구하는 토오크를 출력하는 자동차의 구동력 제어방법.
  3. (a)자동차의 차속을 검출하는 차속 검출수단; (b)자동차의 액셀 밟음 정도를 검출하는 액셀 검출수단; (c)차속과 액셀 밟음량으로부터 변속위치를 정하는 변속위치 제어수단; (d)상기 액셀 밟음량으로부터 엔진 토오크를 정하는 엔진 토오크 결정수단; (e)엔진 토오크와 회전수로부터 드로틀 개방도를 정하는 드로틀 개방도 제어수단으로 이루어진 자동차의 구동력 제어장치.
  4. 적어도 엔진의 흡기통로에 배치된 드로틀 밸브를 제어하는 드로틀 제어기 및 엔진과 구동틀의 사이에 배치된 변속기구를 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브가 누락 전개방 부근에 달하면 상기 변속기구를 작동시켜 변속하고, 변속에 동기 또는 변속후 상기 드로틀 밸브를 소정 개방도까지 폐쇄하도록 한 자동차의 구동력 제어방법.
  5. 적어도 엔진의 흡기통로에 배치된 드로틀 밸브를 제어하는 드로틀 제어기 및 엔진과 구동륜의 사이에 배치된 변속기구를 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브가 전개방이 되면 상기 변속기구를 시프트 다운하고, 시프트 다운에 동기 또는 지연하여 드로틀 밸브를 소정 개방도까지 폐쇄하고, 그후, 드로틀 밸브를 개방하도록 한 자동차의 구동력 제어방법.
  6. 적어도 엔진의 흡기통로에 배치된 드로틀 밸브를 제어하는 드로틀 제어기 및 엔진과 구동틀의 사이에 배치된 변속기구를 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브가 전개방 부근에 달하면 상기 변속기관을 동작시켜 변속하고, 이 변속에 동기 또는 변속후에 상기 드로틀 밸브를 소정 개방도까지 폐쇄함과 동시에, 브레이크가 밟혀 졌을때에 그 답입량에 따른 변속위치와 드로틀 개방이 되도록 한 자동차의 구동력 제어방법.
