제1도는 본체의 개략 구성을 나타낸 종단 측면도, 제2도는 일부 제거하여 나타낸 팬 장치의 확대 사시도, 제3도 및 제4도는 파이패스 통로의 폐쇄 및 개방 사태로 나타낸 팬 장치의 공기 통로 구성의 개략도.

Claims (6)

  1. 실내환기를 하는 팬 장치와 실내의 복수 영역의 사람의 존재 여부를 검출하는 사람 감지 센서와, 이 사람 감지 센서가 사람의 존재를 검출한 영역에 따라 상기 팬 장치의 환기 풍량을 변화시키는 제어 수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한개의 사람 감지 센서를 요동 시키므로서 복수 영역의 사람의 존재 여부를 검출하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사람 감지 센서는 각 영역마다 사람의 존재 여부를 검출하도록 복수개 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사람 감지 센서가 검출하는 복수영역마다 환기구가 설치되고, 제어수단은 사람감지 센서가 사람의 존재를 검출한 영역의 환기구를 개방하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실내의 공기 오염을 검출하는 공기 오염 센서가 설치되고, 제어수단은 팬장치의 환기 풍량을 사람 감지 센서가 사람의 존재를 검출한 영역수에 따른 풍량으로 상기 공기 오염센서의 검출 오염도에 따른 풍량을 상승시킨 풍량으로 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 팬 장치의 운전에 의해 실외로 배출되는 실내 공기와 실내로 공급되는 실외 공기 사이에서 열 교환하는 열 교환기와, 실내 공기를 열 교환기를 우회하여 실외로 배출하기 위한 배기용 바이패스 통로 및 실외 공기를 열 교환기를 우회하여 실내로 공급하기 위한 흡기용 바이패스 통로와, 실외 및 실내의 온도를 검출하는 실외용 및 실내용 온도 센서를 구비하고, 제어수단은 공기 오염 센서의 검출 오염도가 클때, 또는 상기 양 온도 센서의 검출 온도차가 작을 때 실내 공기 및 실외공기를 상기 양 바이패스 통로를 통하여 실외로 배출하거나 실내로 공급하도록 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
