Claims (12)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트 유도체(식에서, X는 이탈기임)를 염소화제와 반응시킴으로써 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X가 염소원자인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염소화제가 염소 또는 설푸릴클로라이드인 방법.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트 유도체(식에서, X는 이탈기임)를 염소화제와 반응시켜서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 생성한 후 수득한 화합물을 아민화제와 반응시킴으로써 일반식(Ⅲ)의 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 그것의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X가 염소원자인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염소화제가 염소 또는 설푸릴 클로라이드인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 암모니아인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 칼륨 프탈이미드 또는 나트륨 프탈이미드인 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 헥사메틸렌테트라민인 방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 액체 암모니아인 방법.
  11. 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 액체 암모니아와 반응시켜서 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 그것의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 헥사메틸렌테트라민과 반응시켜서 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 그것의 염을 제조하는 방법.
