Abstract
본 발명은 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체(여기서, 당해 유도체는 아민을 할로게노아세틸클로라이드와 반응시켜 제조한다)를 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 대뇌 기능 증진제로서 유용한 2-(1-피롤리디닐) 아세트아미드 유도체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 낮은 비용으로 중간 생성물 및 최종 생성물을 고수율로 얻는다.

Claims (9)
- 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논을 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-(1-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드 유도체의 제조방법.R2-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅰ)X-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅱ)상기식에서, R1는 치환되거나 비치환된 피리딜 그룹 또는 치환된 페닐 그룹이고, R2는 치환되거나 비치환된 2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐 그룹이며, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민을 수성 층과 유기용매 층으로 이루어진 2상 반응 시스템 속에서 할로게노아세틸 클로라이드와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체의 제조방법.X-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅱ)NH2-R1(Ⅲ)상기식에서, R1는 치환되거나 비치환된 피리딜 그룹 또는 치환된 페닐 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민을 수성 층과 유기용매 층으로 이루어진 2상 반응 시스템 속에서 할로게노아세틸 클로라이드와 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체를 수득하고, 생성된 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체를 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-(2-피롤리디닐)아세트아미드 유도체의 제조방법.R2-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅰ)X-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅱ)NH2-R1(Ⅲ)상기식에서, R1는 치환되거나 비치환된 피리딜 그룹 또는 치환된 페닐 그룹이고, R2는 치환되거나 비치환된 2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐 그룹이며, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 할로게노아세틸 클로라이드가 클로로아세틸 클로라이드이고, 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체가 클로로아세트아미드 유도체인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 할로게노아세틸 클로라이드가 클로로아세틸 클로라이드이고, 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체가 클로로아세트아미드 유도체인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논이 2-피롤리디논이고, 할로게노아세틸 클로라이드가 클로로아세틸 클로라이드이고, 아민이 2,6-크실리딘인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논이 2-피롤리디논이고, 아민이 2,6-크실리딘인 방법.
- 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논을 금속 알콜레이트와 반응시켜 치환되거나 비치환된 2-피롤리디논의 금속염을 수득하고, 당해 염과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아세트아미드 유도체를 반응시킴을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-(1-피롤리디닐) 아세트아미드 유도체의 제조방법.R2-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅰ)X-CH2CONH-R1(Ⅱ)상기식에서, R1는 치환되거나 비치환된 피리딜 그룹 또는 치환된 페닐 그룹이고, R2는 치환되거나 비치환된 2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐 그룹이며, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 제8항에 있어서, R2가 2-옥소-1-피롤리디닐 그룹이고, X가 염소원자이며, R1이 2,6-디메틸페닐 그룹이며, 금속 알콜레이트가 나트륨 메틸레이트 또는 나트륨 에틸레이트인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
