Claims (13)
- (a)다음 일반식을 갖는 화합물을치환된 벤질할라이드와 반응시켜 다음 일반식의 화합물을 얻고(b)구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 일반식 H2NNHDNHR′와 반응시켜 다음 일반식의 이성질체를 얻고(c)위의 이성질체들을 디알킬디카보네이트 또는 알킬할로포르메이트로 처리하여 다음 일반식의 화합물을 생성하고,(d)컬럼 크로마토그리피에 의해 두 이성질체(V)와(VA)를 분리하고,(e)이성질체VA를 강산과 함께 처리하여 다음 일반식의 화합물을 생성하고,(f) 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매네의 일반식의 디아민으로 처리하여 구조식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 생성하는 것으로 구성되는 다음 일반식을 갖는 치환된 안드라[1,9-cd]피라졸-(2)-온의 제조방법.(식중,X2및 W2는 같거나 다를 수 있고, 수소, OH혹은 C1-4의 알콕시. R은 수소 또는 C1-6의 알킬. D및D′는 같거나 다를수 있으며, C2-8의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬렌, R′및R″는 수소 또는 OH로 치환 가능한 C2-8의 알킬, Z는 치환된 벤질, R″는 C1-8의 알킬, 벤질 또는 치환된 벤질.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)단계에서의 치환된 벤질 할라이드가 트리알킬 벤질 할라이드이고Z가 당해 트리알킬벤질인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a)단계에서 트리알킬벤질 할라이드가 2,4,6-트리메틸벤질 클로라이드이고 Z과 다음과 같은 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 하이드라진이)하이드록시알킬)아미노 알킬 하이드라진인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 하이드라진이 2-[(2-하이드라지노에틸)아미노]에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 첨가된 시약이 디알킬디카보네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 디알킬디카보네이트가 디-터트-부틸디카보네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(e)에서 에서 강산이 염화수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 디아민이(아미노알킬아미노 알케놀인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 디아민이 2-(2-아미노에틸아미노)에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 불활성 용매가 피리딘인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 반응이 온도가 70℃-115℃사이이고 15-40시간동안 진행되는 방법.
