Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 페녹시 프탈리드 유도체,
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 할로겐원자, 혹은 알킬 또는 할로알킬기를 나타내고; 같거나 다를 수 있는 R2와 R3는 각기 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐 원자, 혹은 알킬, 할로알킬, 니트로 또는 시아노기를 나타내며; 같거나 다를 수 있는 R4와 R5는 각기 독립적으로 알킬기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸기를 나타내고; R2가 할로겐 원자 또는 니트로, 시아노 또는 트리플루오로메틸기를 나타내며; R3가 수소 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 트리플루오로메틸기를 나타내고; R2가 할로겐 원자를 타나내며; R3가 수소원자를 나타내는 화합물.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, R4와 R5가 각기 독립적으로 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내는 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R4와 R5가 각기 독립적으로 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내는 화합물.
  6. 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 그 생성물이 그 속의 Q가 하기 일반식(a)의 기를 나타내지 않는 화합물인 경우에는 상기 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는,
    제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅱ)의 페녹시 프탈리드 유도체를 제조하는 방법 :
    상기 일반식(Ⅲ)에서, X는 수소원자, 히드록시기, 또는 복합유기금속 알콕시드기를 나타내고, Q는 할로겐 원자 또는 니트로기 또는 일반식이 -OZ인 기를 나타내며, 이때 Z는 수소, 또는 알칼리 금속원자 또는 하기 일반식(b)의 기를 나타내고;
    상기 일반식(Ⅳ)에서, M은 금속원자를 나타내고, P는 0(X가 수소일 때)또는 1(X가 수소 이외의 것일때)이며, Hal은 할로겐 원자를 나타내고 ;
    상기 일반식(Ⅴ)에서의 W는 Q가 -OZ기를 나타내고 Z가 수소 또는 알칼리 금속원자를 나타낼 경우에는 할로겐 원자 또는 니트로기이고, Q가 할로겐 원자 또는 니트로기를 나타낼 경우에는 그와 같은 -OZ기를 나타낸다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, P가 0일 때에는 일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물과의 반응이 염기 및 반양성자 용매의 존재하에 수행되고, P가 1일 때에는 일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물과의 반응이 불활성 유기용매내에서 실질상 물의 부재하에 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제6항 또는 제7항에 청구된 방법에 의하여 제조되는 화합물.
  9. 담체와 함께 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제8항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물을 포함하는 제초 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그중 적어도 하나가 계면활성제인 적어도 두 개의 담체로 이루어진 조성물.
  11. 원치않는 식물이 자라고 있는 장소를 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제8항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물 또는 제9항 및 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 조성물로 처리하는 것으로 구성되는, 상기 장소에서의 원치않는 식물의 성장을 격퇴하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제8항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물의 제초제로서의 용도.
