Abstract
일반식(Ⅱ)의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트유도체(X는 이탈기임)로부터 살충제를 제조하기 위한 중간 생성물로 유용한 2-클로로리티아졸을 제조하는 신규방법은 과량의 염소화제 없이 완만한 반응조건에서 수행되는 간단하고 용이한 반응이다. 또는, 화합물(Ⅱ)로부터 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 똔은 그것의 염을 제조하는 방법은 간단하고 용이하며 저렴한 과정에 의해 고수율로 수행된다.
Description
본 발명은 살충제의 중간 생성물로서 유용한 2-클로로티아졸 화합물의 신규 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
유럽 특허 출원 공개 번호 제192,060호 및 일본 특허 출원 공개 번호 제171/1990호에는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸(이하, 화합물(Ⅰ)) 및 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸(이하, 화합물(Ⅲ)) 또는 이들의 염이 살충제의 중간 생성물로서 유용하다고 개시되어 있다:

Claims (16)
- (정정)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트 유도체를 염소화제와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸의 제조방법:상기 식 중에서, X는 할로겐; 1 내지 3 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된 C1-14알킬설포닐옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C1-14알킬설포닐옥시; 저급 알킬과 할로겐 원자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 4 치환기에 의해 치환된 C6-10아릴설포닐옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C6-10아릴설포닐옥시; 1 내지 3 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된 C1-6아실옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C6-10아릴옥시; 및 C6-10아릴카르보닐옥시로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이탈기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X가 염소 원자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염소화제가 염소 또는 설푸릴 클로라이드인 방법.
- (정정)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트 유도체를 염소화제와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 생성시킨 후, 수득한 상기 화합물을 아민화제와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 이것의 염의 제조 방법:상기 식 중에서, X는 할로겐; 1 내지 3 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된 C1-14알킬설포닐옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C1-14알킬설포닐옥시; 저급 알킬과 할로겐 원자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 4 치환기에 의해 치환된 C6-10아릴설포닐옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C6-10아릴설포닐옥시; 1 내지 3 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된 C1-6아실옥시 또는 치환되지 않은 C1-6아릴옥시; 및 C6-10아릴카르보닐옥시로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이탈기이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X가 염소 원자인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염소화제가 염소 또는 설푸릴 클로라이드인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 암모니아인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 칼륨 프탈아미드 또는 나트륨 프탈이미드인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 헥사메틸렌테트라아민인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민화제가 액체 암모니아인 방법.
- 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 액체 암모니아와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 이것의 염의 제조 방법.
- 2-클로로-5-(클로로메틸)티아졸을 헥사메틸렌테트라이민과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 5-(아미노메틸)-2-클로로티아졸 또는 이것의 염의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅳ)에서 X가 염소 원자인 화합물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 일반식(V)에서 X가 염소 원자인 화합물.
