피모벤단의 경구용 약제학적 제제

제1도는 피모벤단의 다양한 약제학적 제제를 경구투여한 후의 시간에 따른 평균혈장 농도를 나타낸 곡선이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 혼합물에 통상의 부형제와 함께 피로벤단 및 시트르산을 1:5 또는 1:5미만의 중량비로 함유하는 피로벤단의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 과립제, 분제 또는 펠릿제, 임의로 캡슐에 충진된 형태의 약제학적 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 과립제, 분제 또는 펠릿제가 적당한 부형제와 함께 임의로 향미-가공 피복물로 피복된 정제로 압축된 약제학적 제제.
  4. 제1내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피모벤단대 시트르산의 중량비가 1:10내지 1:20인 약제학적 제제.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부형제로서 붕해제를 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
  6. 피모벤단 및 시트르산을 1:5 또는 1:5미만의 중량비로 잘 혼합하고 건조시킴과 동시에 정확히 계량된 양의 과립화액의 첨가를 가능하게 하는 적당한 과립화방법 또는 건조 과립화 방법에 의해 비수성 습식 과립화 또는 물로 과립화시킴을 특징으로 하는 피모벤단의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제제의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 과림을 펠릿제로 가공시키는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 과립제 또는 펠릿제를 적당한 부형제와 함께 임의로 향미-가공된 피복물로 피복된 정제로 압축하는 방법.
  9. 제6항 또는7항에 있어서, 과립제 및 펠릿제를 캡슐에 충진시키는 방법.
