Claims (1)
- 반도체소자(1)와, 이 반도체소자의 바깥쪽에 떨어져서 배치되어 있고 또한 그 일단부가 상기 반도체소자의 위까지 연장되어 있는 리이드(3), 상기 반도체소자와 리이드를 접속시키는 본딩와이어(5)를 구비하여 이루어진 수지밀봉형 반도체장치에 있어서, 상기 리이드(3)중 반도체소자의 바깥쪽에 위치하는 장소에 본딩부(9)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지밀봉형 반도체장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
