Claims (1)

  1. 반도체소자(1)와, 이 반도체소자의 바깥쪽에 떨어져서 배치되어 있고 또한 그 일단부가 상기 반도체소자의 위까지 연장되어 있는 리이드(3), 상기 반도체소자와 리이드를 접속시키는 본딩와이어(5)를 구비하여 이루어진 수지밀봉형 반도체장치에 있어서, 상기 리이드(3)중 반도체소자의 바깥쪽에 위치하는 장소에 본딩부(9)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지밀봉형 반도체장치.
