Claims (1)
- 제1본드점에 와이어를 접속한 후, 모세판을 상승시키고, 그후 리버스동작을 행하는 와이어 본딩방법에 있어서, 상기 리버스동작은 제1본드점의 와이어 네크부 또는 와이어 네크부 근방을 중심으로 한 원호동작인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 본딩방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
