제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 관한 권선 방법과 코일 장치를 나타내는 요부 사시도.
제2도는 권선을 행하기 전 상태의 헤드 외관 투시도.
제3도는 안쪽 피막이 두꺼운 와이어를 감고 있는 상태를 나타내는 외관 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 바깥 표면에 절연 피막을 갖는 와이어를 공작물의 작은 구멍에 끼우고 통하게 하여 두루감도록한 권선방법에 있어서, 적어도 공작물에 직접 접촉하는 부분을 두꺼운 피막을 갖는 제1와이어로 감고 그후에 얇은 피막을 갖는 제2와이어를 상기 제1와이어에 접속하여 연속해서 감도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선 방법.
  2. 작은 구멍을 갖는 공작물과 상기 공작물의 작은 구멍에 두꺼운 절연 피막을 갖는 제1와이어를 끼우고 통하여 감아붙여서된 아래쪽 코일층과 상기 제1와이어에 접속되고 상기 제1와이어보다 얇은 절연 피막을 갖는 제2와이어를 연속해서 겹쳐 감은 위쪽층으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1와이어와 제2와이어의 접속 부분을 코일 부분에서 연장하여 중간 탭으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 코일장치.
