Claims (1)

  1. 정밀 소형 모터의 회전수 제어용 자기저항소자를 제조함에 있어서, 자계감지부와 전극부를 동일한 재료로 동시에 형성하고, 보호막은 SiO2의 용액으로 스핀코팅방법으로 형성하고, 에칭시킨 SiO2를 마스크로하여 전기도금의 방법에 의해 납땜이 용이한 금속으로 리드와이어 접합부를 형성시키도록 함을 특징으로하는 자기저항소자의 제조방법.
