Claims (1)
- 유리밸브 내면에 도전체가 패턴형으로 피착되어서 전극이 형성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 하나의 전극으로부터의 리드가 상기 다른 전극과 절연되어 또한 이것을 가로지르는 것과 같이 상기 유리 밸브내면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
