Claims (1)

  1. 에미터, 베이스 및 콜렉터를 갖는 출력 트랜지스터와, 에미터, 베이스 및 콜렉터 그리고 출력 트랜지스터의 베이스에 결합된 에미터를 갖는 구동기 트랜지스터와, 에미터, 베이스 및 콜렉터 그리고 출력 트랜지스터의 콜렉터에 결합된 에미터를 가지고, 구동기 트랜지스터의 콜렉터에 결합된 에미터를 가지고, 구동기 트랜지스터의 베이스에 인가되는 구동 전류를 제한하기 위한 구동기 트랜지스터의 베이스에 결합된 콜렉터를 갖는 제한 트랜지스터를 구비하는 트랜지스터 장치에 있어서, 상기 제한 트랜지스터가 출력 트랜지스터의 베이스에 결합된 베이스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 전류 제한 트랜지스터 장치
