Claims (1)
- 반도체소자에 형성하는 전극 및 리드간을 접속하는 금속세선과, 이들을 피복하는 밀봉수지층(1), 이 밀봉수지층(1)으로부터 단일방향으로 도출하는 복수의 외부리드(2)를 갖추고서, 외부리드(2)간의 피치를 2종류 이상의 다른 치피로 형성하고, 또 각각의 피치를 2개 이상 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지밀봉형 반도체장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
