Claims (24)
- 액체 제트를 배향시키는 수단과 코팅부를 제거하기 위해 충분한 압력을 발생시키는 수단과 코팅부와 액체 제트사이에 상대운동을 제공하는 수단 그리고 액체를 공급하는 수단을 갖춘 약체 제트를 사용하여 코팅부를 제거하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은 a, 코팅부를 제거하기 위해 충분한 압력을 발생시키는 수단, b. 상기 코팅부와 액체 제트사이에 상대운동을 제공하는 수단, c. 액체를 공급하는 수단, d. 코팅부에 부딪히는 액체가 본드코팅이 노출될때까지 코팅부를 침식시키도록 액체를 코팅부에 부딪히게 하는 수단을 구비함으로써 본드코팅 및 모재가 기본적으로 손상되지 않고 그리고 손상이 감소될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부는 플라즈마 스프레이, 물질 스프레이 및 소결된 코팅부의 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부는 연마 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부는 열차단벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부는 연마재인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부는 견고하게 맞닿는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 압력은 약 20,000pis 내지 약 60,000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 흐름과 코팅부 사이의 각도는 20˚내지 70˚이며, 이 각도에 의해 액체흐름이 코팅부 파면을 세정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 체 제트를 배향시키는 수단과 본드 코팅을 제거시키기 위해 충분한 압력을 발생시키는 수단과 본드코팅과 액체 제트사이에 상대운동을 제공하는 수단 그리고 액체를 공급하는 수단을 갖춘 약체 제트를 사용하여 본드코팅을 제거하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은 액체 제트를 본드 코팅에 부딪히게 하는 것과 모재물질이 드러날때 까지 본드코팅 침식시키는 것을 구비함으로써 모재에는 손상이 가해지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 코팅 제거 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 본드 코팅은 플라즈마 스프레이 및 증기 용착을 구비하는 군으로 부터 선택된 방법을 사용하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 액체 압력은 약 20,000pis 내지 약 60,000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제거 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 액체 유동을 배향시키기 위한 수단으로써 노즐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 코팅 제거 방법.
