제2도, 제3도, 제6도 및 제7도는 3개의 소자로 이루어진 수광다이오드와 이 수광다이오드에 의해 수신된 광점의 일례를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 광정보기록매체상에 0차 회절광, +1차 회절광, -1차 회절광으로 이루어진 3광비임을 조사하는 투광계와, 상기 기록매체로부터 반사된 3광비임을 수신하는 수광계로 구성되고, 상기 수광계는 에지미러를 구비하여 상기 기록매체로부터 반사된 3광 비임중 0차 회절광의 약 1/2과 _1차 회절광의 전부가 상기 에지멀의 영향없이 제1수광다이오드에 의해 수취되고, 상기 0차 회절광의 나머지 약 1/2과 상기 -1차 회절광의 전부가 상기 에지머러에 의해 반사되어 제2수광다이오드에 의해 수취되며, 포커싱제어신호, 트랙킹제어신호 및 정보신호가 상기 제1수광다이오드 또는 상기 제2수광다이오드의 출력으로부터 얻어지거나 상기 제1수광다이오드와 상기 제2수광다이오드로부터의 조합출력으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보기록재생용 광헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱제어신호와 상기 정보신호는 상기 0차 회절광으로부터 얻어지고, 상기 트랙킹제어신호는 상기 +1차 회절광과 상기 -1차 회절광으로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보기록재생용 광헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수광다이오드와 상기 제2수광다이오드는 각각 3개의 소자 또는 4개의 소자로 구성되어 상기 소자사이의 분할선이 상기 에지미러의 에지에 평행하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보기록재새용 광헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수광다이오드 또는 상기 제2수광다이오드로부터의 출력 또는 이들의 조합출력이 서어보증폭기에 의해 증폭되어 포커싱제어 및 트랙킹제어에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보기록재생용 광헤드.
