Claims (2)

  1. 반도체 레이저 광원으로부터의 발산비임을 클리메이터렌즈에 의해 평행비임으로 하고, 그 평행비임을 대물렌즈에 의해 집광하여 광학식 기록매체에 조사하여 그 광학식 기록매체로부터의 반사비임을 광검출기에 조사하여 재생신호를 얻도록한 광학식 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 반도체 레이저 광원으로부터의 레이저비임을 0차 +1차 및 -1차의 회절비임으로 분리하는 위상형 회절격자를 상기 반도체 레이저와 비임스플리터 사이에 배치함과 동시에, 상기 광학식 기록매체로부터의 상기 +1차 및-1차의 회절반사비임의 상기 비임스플리터에 의해 반사된 반사비임을 각각 수광하는 제1 및 제2의 광검출기 및, 그 광검출기와 상기 비임스플리터 사이에 오목렌즈를 배치하여 상기 제1 및 상기 제2의 광검출기의 차이에 의해 트래킹 에러신호를 얻도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 재생장치.
