제4도는 본원 발명에 관한 광학기록 및/또는 재생장치의 일예에 의한 디스크상에 있어서의 빔스폿형성상태의 도면.
Claims (4)
- N개(N는 2이상의 플러스의 정수)의 광빔을 발하는 광빔발생원(10), 상기 N개의 광빔을 각각 주빔과 최소한 1개의 부빔으로 분할하는 광빔분할수단(22), 광검출수단(14) 및 상기 광빔분할수단(22)으로부터 얻어지는 N개의 주빔과 최소한 N개의 부빔을 디스크형 기록매체(D)에 입사시키는 동시에, 이 디스크형 기록매체(D)로부터의 N개의 주빔과 최소한 N개의 부빔을 상기 광검출수단(14)에 도입하는 광로형성부(12, 24, 26, 28)를 포함하여 이루어지는 광학계와, 상기 광검출수단(22)으로부터의 검출출력에 의거하여 신호형성을 행하는 신호형성회로부(40)를 구비하고, 상기 광로형성부(12, 24, 26, 28)가 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)상에 있어서, 상기 N개의 주빔에 의해서 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)에 있어서의 직경방향의 간격이 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)에 있어서의 트랙피치의 정수배에 상당하는 N개의 주빔스폿이 배열형성되는 동시에, 상기 N개의 부빔의 각각에 의해서 그것에 대응하는 주빔에 의해 형성된 주빔스폿과의 간격이 상기 주빔스폿의 상호간격의 N배에 상당하게 되는 부빔스폿이 형성되고, 상기 주빔스폿의 각각 및 그것에 대응하는 부빔스폿이 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)에 있어서의 직경방향으로 상기 트랙피치의 절반분의 기수배에 상당하는 간격으로 배치되도록 되며, 상기 광검출수단(22)이 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)상에 배열형성되는 N개의 주빔스폿중 끝에 위치하는 것을 형성하는 주빔 및 그것에 대응하는 부빔을 각각 실질2분할 광검출소자로 검출하게 되고, 또한 상기 신호 형성회로부(40)가 상기 광검출수단(22)에 있어서의 주빔을 검출하는 실질 2분할 광검출 소자의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력간의 차와, 상기 광검출수단(22)에 있어서의 부빔을 검출하는 실질2분할 광검출소자의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력간의 차에 의거하여 트래킹에러신호를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 및/또는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디스크형 기록매체(D)상에 형성되는 N개의 주빔에 의한 주빔스폿이 상기 디스크형 기록매체(D)에 있어서의 기록트랙상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 및/또는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신호형성회로부(40)가 광검출수단(14)에 있어서의 주빔을 검출하는 실질2분할 광검출소자의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력간의 차, 또는 부빔을 검출하는 실질2분할 광검출소자의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력간의 차에 대한, 상기 주빔의 강도에 대한 상기 부빔의 강도의 비에 다른 레벨조정을 행하는 레벨조정부(52)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 및/또는 재생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 신호형성회로부(40)가 N개의 주빔을 검출하는 N개의 2분할검출소자의 각각에 있어서의 2분할된 광검출영역의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력의 차에 따른 신호의 합과, N개의 부빔을 검출하는 N개의 2분할검출소자의 각각에 있어서의 2분할된 광검출영역의 각각으로부터 얻어지는 검출출력의 차에 따른 신호의 합과의 사이의 차에 의거하여, 트래킹에러신호를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 및/또는 재생장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
