Claims (21)

  1. 온도조절된 공기를 수용하는 공간(40)을 에워싸는 시트(22)와 등받이(24)가 접합된 것으로서 다음과 같은 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
    (가)시트(22)와 등받이(24)부분 전체에 걸쳐있는 공동의 공간(40)을 한정시키는 스프링 수단, (나)상기 스프링 수단으로부터 외부로 금속 그물눈층(42). 다수의 구멍(46)을 구비한 탄성중합체판(44), 공기투과성직 물층(50)이 차례로 상기 코일스프링 코일(36)상부에 씌워진 덮개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체판(44)은 자동차에 통상발생하는 힘, 충격, 진동상태가 있을때 점성유체로써 작용하는 합성플라스틱으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체판(44)은 천연고무로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성중합체판(44)은 두께가 약0.1875인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 스프링코일(36)로 구성되며, 이 스프링코일들을 그들의 평면에 평행한 방향을 따라 좌석에 가해지는 힘을 수용할 수 있도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 속이빈 실린더형의 합성플라스틱 성형소자(스프링 소자)(92)로 구성되며, 이들벽에는 다수의 구멍(96)이 형성되어 있고, 이 합성플라스틱은 가요성인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 조절공기는 응축트랩을 구비하는 열전기장치에 의해 공급되며, 상기 응축트랩은 하우징(166), 응축물과 접촉하는 상기 하우징(166) 내부의 펠트패드(168), 일단부는 상기 펠트패드(168)와 접촉하고 타단부는 하우징(166)의 오부에 위치해있는 펠트스트립(158)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  8. 다음과 같은 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석 구조.
    (가)포옴부재의 적어도 둘이상이 다른밀도를 가지는 다수의 포움부재(116), (118), (120), (122)로 부터 형성된 베이스, 상기 베이스 위에 배치된 스프링 수단, 상기 스프링수단위에 부착된 금속 그물 눈층(42), 이 금속 그물눈총위에 배치된 다수의 구멍(46)을 가지는 탄성중합체판(44), 상기 탄성중합체판위에 배치된 공기투과성재료(50), 공기를 상기 스프링수단으로 향하게 하는 조절공기 유입도관(136)으로 구성된 시트(114).
    (나)포옴베이스 스프링수단, 이 스프링수단을 씌우는 금속 그물눈총(42), 이 금속 그물눈층위의 탄성중합체판(44), 공기를 상기 스프링수단으로 향하게 하는 조절공기유입도관(134)으로 구성된 등받이.
    (다)속이 빈 내부를 가지며 가요성 튜브(139)에 의해 등받이(126)와 상호 연결되며 등받이 스프링부재가 내부에 잇는 베개(137).
    (라)주위공기 입구와 조절공기 출구를 구비하는 열전기 공기 조절장치.
    (마)시트와 등받이용기의 공기 조절장치 출구와 입구를 서로 연결시키는 프로포셔날 밸브.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 탄성중합체판(44)은 자동차에 통상발생하는 힘, 충격, 진동상태가 있을때 점성유체로써 작용하는 합성플라스틱으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 탄성중합체판(44)은 천연고무로 된것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.

  13. 제8항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 속이빈 실린더형 합성플라스틱 성형소자(스프링소자)(92)로 구성되며, 이들 벽에는 다수의 구멍(96)이 형성되어 있고, 이 합성플라스틱은 가요성인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  14. 온도조절된 공기를 수용하는 공간을 에워싸는 시트와 등받이가 접합된 것으로써 다음과 같은것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
    (가)시트와 등받이 부분 전체에 걸쳐있는 공동의 공간을 한정시키는 스프링 수단,
    (나)상기 스프링수단으로부터 외부로 금속 그물눈층, 밀봉실을 형성하는 다수의 간격진 분리지점과 외부테두리를 밀봉한 한쌍의 가요성판(172), (174)으로 구성된 자루형의 층(상기 밀봉실에는 액체가 채워지고, 밀봉된 간격진 분리지점에는 구멍이 형성됨)이 차례로 스프링 수단위에 고착된 덮개.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 높은 대류전열계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 스프링코일(36)로 구성되며, 이 스프링 코일들은 그들의 평면에 평행한 방향으로 따라 좌석에 가해지는 힘을 수용할 수 있도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 속이 빈 실린더형 합성플라스틱 성형소자(스프링 소자)(92)로 구성되며, 이들벽에는 다수의 구멍(96)이 형성되며 있고, 이 합성플라스틱은 가요성인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.

    (가)포움부재의 적어도 둘이상이 다른 밀도를 가지는 다수의 포움부재(116), (118), (120), (122)로 부터 형성된 베이스 상기 베이스 위에 배치된 스프링 수단, 상기 스프링 수단위에 부착된 금속 그물 눈층(42), 밀봉실을 형성하는 다수의 간격진 분리지점과 외부테두리를 밀봉한 한쌍의 가요성판(172), (174)으로 구성된 자루형 충(상기 밀봉실에는 액체가 채워지고, 밀봉되어 간격진 분리지점에는 구멍이 형성됨), 상기 자루형 층위에 배치된 공기 투과성 재료(50), 조절공기를 상기 스프링수단으로 향하게 하는 조절공기 유입도관(136)으로 구성된 시트.
    (나)포옴베이스, 스프링수단, 이 스프링수단을 씌우는 금속 그물눈총위에 배치된 탄성중합체판(44), 공기를 상기 스프링수단으로 향하게 하는 조절공기 유입도관(134)으로 구성된 등받이.
    (다)속이 빈 내부를 가지며, 가요성 튜브(139)에 의해 등받이(126)와 상호 연결되며 등받이 스프링부재가 내부에 있느 베개(137).
    (라)주위공기 입구와 조절공기 출구를 구비하는 열전기 공기 조절장치.
    (마)시트와 등받이용기의 공기 조절장치 출구와 입구를 서로 연결시키는 프로포셔날 밸브.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 스프링코일(36)들로 구성되며, 이 스프링코일들은 그들의 평행한 방향을 따라 좌석에 가해지는 힘을 수용할 수 있도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석구조.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 스프링수단은 다수의 속이 빈 실린더형 합성플라스틱 성형소자(스프링소자)(92)로 구성되며, 이들 벽에는 다수의 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 이 합성플라스틱은 가요성인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
