Claims (14)
- 少なくとも時々機械的負荷を受ける車室の領域内に機能要素を受容するための受容装置(2)であって、該受容装置は、凹部(86)内に挿入可能であり、基層(8)、中間層(10)及び表層(12)を有しており、これらの層(8、10、12)が互いに少なくとも部分的に覆い合わせて配置されており、前記中間層(10)が前記基層(8)と前記表層(12)との間で機械的荷重を伝達するための帯状プラスチック材料のコイルばねの形態の少なくとも1つの支持要素(14)を有しており、更に、固定具(97)により前記支持要素(14)に固着される送風手段(60)を有しており、前記基層(8)と前記表層(12)との間に前記支持要素(14)に加えて他の電気的機能要素(18)が配置されていることを特徴とする機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 車両シート(20)が乗員を支持するためのパッドコア(22)と前記車両シートを空調するための装置(3)とを有し、前記受容装置(2)が、前記パッドコア(22)の乗員に向き合う前面(27)にある上側空気分配手段(25)と、下側空気分配手段(32)と、前記上側空気分配手段(25)及び前記下側空気分配手段(32)の間で空気を移送するための連絡手段(35)とを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記3つの手段(25、32、35)の少なくとも1つが、前記中間層(10)の少なくとも一部を構成する細長い空洞(37)を備えており、該細長い空洞の空気案内横断面内に少なくとも1つの支持要素(14)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記電気的機能要素(18)が圧力または温度を検出するためのセンサ(40)であり、該センサが前記支持要素(14)の直下に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記電気的機能要素(18)が電気導体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記電気導体は少なくとも1つの加熱導体(44)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記加熱導体はPTC素子であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記連絡手段(35)が、垂直に配置される少なくとも1つの凹部(68)を前記パッドコア内に有し、該凹部が、前記上側空気分配手段(25)の中間層(10)または前記下側空気分配手段(32)の中間層(10)と空気の通過を可能とするように連絡されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記上側空気分配手段(25)の中間層(10)または前記下側空気分配手段(32)の中間層(10)の少なくとも一部が、前記パッドコア(22)の前面(27)からその裏面(30)へと、その側方で該パッドコアを囲んで引き回されており、前記少なくとも一部内に電導手段(42)が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項2,3または8に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記パッドコアは複数の凹部(68、68’)を有し、これらの凹部が、該パッドコア(22)の上に配置される中間層(10)または前記上側空気分配手段(25)の複数の相互に離間した個別区域(70、70’)を、前記パッドコア(22)の下に配置される中間層(10)または前記下側空気分配手段(32)と連絡することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記パッドコア(22)に向き合う中間層(10)の側に配置される実質的に液不透過性の層(76)を備えており、該液不透過性の層は、前記パッドコア(22)と同じ材料から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記中間層(10)にある少なくとも2つの支持要素(14)の間にある少なくとも1つの中間スペース(88)内に、または前記中間層(10)にある1つの 支持要素(14)によって形成される中間スペース(90)内に配置される少なくとも1つの加熱導体(44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記支持要素(14)によって形成された複数の細長い中間スペース(88、88’)を備えており、少なくとも1つの加熱導体(44)が少なくとも2つのこのような中間スペース(88、88’)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
- 前記支持要素(14)によって形成された複数の細長い中間スペース(88、88’)を備えており、少なくとも1つの加熱導体(44)が、1つの中間スペースから(88)から別の中間スペース(88’)への移行部(92)で前記基層(8)または表層(12)に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能要素を受容するための受容装置。
