Claims (12)
- 회전구동기구에 의해서 회전되는 적어도 하나의 자기디스크와 상기 디스크의 지정된 트랙에 상기 자기헤드를 위치 맞춤하는 로터리 액튜에이터를 엔클로저내에 설비한 자기디스크장치에 있어서, 프레임이 상기 엔클로저를 부착하기 위하여 설비되고 복수의 방진지지부재가 상기 프레임을 거쳐서 가해지는 상기 디스크의 회전축에 대해서 직각평면내의 병진진동입력에 대해서 상기 엔클로저의 중력중심 둘레의 1차 모멘트의 밸런스를 취하기 위하여 상기 프레임과 상기 엔클로저와의 사이에 설비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로터리 액튜에이터의 위치맞춤을 제어하기 위하여 페루프로된 서보제어계를 더 포함하고 상기 방전지지부재를 포함하는 지지계의 공진주파수가 적어도 상기 서보제어계의 서보대역 폭의 1/5~1/4의 범위밖으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기디스크의 중심을 지지하는 스핀들의 회전중심이 상기 엔클로저의 중력중심과 일치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 데이타를 기억하는 적어도 하나의 자기 디스크; 상기 자기디스크를 회전하는 회전구동기구; 상기 디스크에 지정된 트랙으로/부터 데이타를 기입 또는 독출하는 자기헤드; 상기 디스크의 지정된 트랙에 상기 헤드를 위치맞춤하고 상기 헤드를 지지하고 회전중심 둘레를 일정각 회전하여 회전축의 중심과 그 중력중심을 일치시키는 이동부가 설비된 로터리 액튜에이터; 상기 로터리 액튜에이터의 위치맞춤을 제어하는 페루프로된 서보제어수단; 상기 디스크의 회전축 중심과 그 중력중심이 일치되는 일정한 위치관계로 상기 부재들을 내장하는 엔클로저; 상기 엔클로저를 부착하는 프레임 및; 상기 프레임으로 상기 엔클로저를 지지하고, 상기 엔클로저와 프레임과의 사이에 배치되어 상기 엔클로저의 중력중심둘레의 1차 모멘트를 상기 디스크의 회전축에 대해서 수직평면내의 상기 프레임을 거쳐서 가해지는 병진진동입력에 대해서 밸런스를 취하고 그 공진주파수가 상기 서보제어계의 서보대역폭의 적어도 1/5~1/4범위 밖으로 설정되어있는 복수의 방진지지부재로 구성되는 자기디스크장치.
- 제1~4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방진지지부재가 탄성재에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방진지지부재를 포함하는 지지계의 공진주파수가 상기 서보제어계의 서보대역폭의 1/10이하로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방진지지부재를 포함하는 지지계의 공진주파수가 상기 서보제어계의 서보대역폭 보다도 높게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 방진지지부재가 방진고무로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 복수쌍으로 된 방진지지부재가 설비되고 각 쌍의 방진지지부재가 온도에 대한 감쇄특성이 다른 방전고무로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 방진고무가 온도에 대한 감쇄특성이 다른 복수의 고무재를 접합시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임이 내부프레임과 외부프레임으로 되고, 복수의 방진지지부재에 의해서 상호 지지되는 2중 프레임 구조로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 엔클로저가 제1방향으로는 강성이고 상기 제1방향에 직각인 제2방향으로는 유연성인 복수의 제1방진지지부재에 의해서 상기 내부프레임에 지지되고 상기 내부프레임이 상기 제1방향으로는 유연성이고 상기 제2방향으로는 강성인 제2방진지지부재에 의해서 외부프레임에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
