Claims (13)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 제약상 허용되는 이들의 산 부가염.위 식에서, X는 0 또는 CH2이고 R은 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자로 된 알킬기이거나 또는(여기서 n은 0 또는 1 내지 20의 정수임)의 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자로 된 알킬기인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 4 내지 15개의 탄소 원자로 된 알킬기인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서,N-(1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-9-아크리디닐)데칸아미드인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 옥틸(1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-9-아크리디닐)카르바메이트인 화합물.
- 콜린 반응에 유효한 양의 제1항에 따르는 화합물이 단위 투여형으로 이루어져 있는 것이 특징인 노령의 환자에 있어서 인식 쇠퇴의 증후를 치료하는 방법.
- 콜린 반응에 유효한 양의 제1항에 따르는 화합물이 단위 투여형으로 이루어져 있는 것이 특징인 알쯔하이머증후를 치료하는 방법.
