Claims (1)
- 밀착형 이미지 센서 제조방법에 있어서, 유리기판의 어드레싱TFT영역상에 폴리-Si막, SiO2층, 폴리 Si게이트전극을 형성하고 이에 소스와 드레인을 증착형성하며, 상기 유리기판의 포토다이오드 영역상에 SiO2층, ITO막을 형성하고, 이 위에 3개의 이종구조인 P형 비정질 SiC : H, 진성비정질 SiC : H층, n형 비정질 S-C : H층을 형성하며, 상기 형성체상에 A1을 증착패터닝하여 전극형성하는 방법을 갖는 밀착 이미지센서 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
