Claims (12)

  1. 분자량이 20,000 내지 250,000 달톤이고, 등전점이 pH 3.0 내지 8.0이며, 최적 pH가 5.0 내지 10.0이고, 아미노-그룹 공여체로서 L-포스피노트리신, γ-아미노부티르산 및 글루타메이트에 대하여 뿐만 아니라 아미노-그룹 수용체로서 적합한 케토 화합물에 대하여 기질 특이성을 갖는 이, 콜라이 DH-1으로 부터의 아미노기 전달 효소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 25,000 내지 100,000달톤이고, 동전점이 pH 가 3.5 내지 5.5이고, 최적 pH가 8.0 내지 9.0인 아미노기 전달 효소.
  3. 이. 콜라이 DH-1 을 배양한후 아미노기 전달 효소를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 아미노기 전달 효소를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 배양을 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 배양을 25 내지 37℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 5 내지 8.5에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 5.5 내지 8.0에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 아미노기 전달 효소의 (3-카복시-3-옥소-프로필)-메틸-포스핀산 또는 이의에스테르 및 숙시네이트 세미알데하이드 또는 이의 에스테르의 아미노기 전달을 위한 용도.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달 반응을 20 내지 60℃에서 수행하는 용도.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달 반응을 pH 4 내지 12에서 수행하는 용도.
  11. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달 효소를 고정화된 형태로 사용하는 용도.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 담체 물질로서 비닐아세테이트와 디비닐에틸렌-우레아와의 공중합체를 사용하는 용도.
