Claims (11)
- 분자량이 40,000 내지 50,000 달톤이고; 등전점이 pH 4.0 내지 5.0이며; 최적 pH가 8.0 내지 9.0이고; 및 아미노-그룹 공여체로서 글루타메이트와 함께, L-포스피노트리신을 제조하는 (3-카복시-3-옥소-프로필)-메틸-포스핀산 또는 이의 에스테르의 아미노기 전달반응, 및 γ-아미노부티르산을 제조하는 숙시네이트 세미알데하이드 또는 이의 에스테르의 아미노기 전달반응에 대하여 기질 특이성을 갖는 이.콜라이 DH-1으로부터의 아미노기 전달효소.
- 이.콜라이 DH-1을 배양한후 아미노기 전달효소를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에서 청구된 아미노기 전달효소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배양을 20내지 40℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배양을 25내지 37℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 5내지 8.5에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 5.5 내지 8.0에서 수행하는 방법.
- (3-카복시-3-옥소-프로필)-메틸-포스핀산 또는 이의 에스테르 및 숙시네이트 세미알데하이드 또는 이의 에스테르의 아미노기 전달반응에 제1항에서 청구된 아미노기 전달효소를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 아미노기 전달 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달반응이 20 내지 60℃에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달반응이 pH 4 내지 12에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 아미노기 전달효소가 고정화된 형태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 담체 물질로서 비닐 아세테이트와 디비닐에틸렌-우레아와의 공중합체가 사용되는 방법.
