Claims (6)

  1. L-트립토판, L-티로신 또는 L-페닐알라닌을 생산할 수 있고 포스포에놀피루베이트 카르복실라제 활성이 감소 또는 결손되어 있는 코리네형 글루탐산-생산 세균을 배지에서 배양하고, 배양 브로쓰중에 축적된 L-트립토판, L-티로신, 또는 L-페닐알라닌을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판, L-티로신 및 L-페닐알라닌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 아미노산의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 미생물이 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum), 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸(Corynebacterium acetoacidophilum), 코리박테리움 헤르쿨리스(Corynebacterium berculis), 코리네박테리움 릴리움(Corynebacterium lilium), 브헤비박테리움 플라붐(Brevibacterium flavum), 브레비박테리움 락토페르멘툼(Brevibacterium lactofermentum), 브레비박테리웅 비바리카툼(Brevibacterium divaricatum) 또는 브레비박테리움 티오게니탈리스(Brevibacterium thiogenitailis)종인 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 미생물이 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 BPS-13(FERM BP-1777), 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 K77(FERM BP-2062) 또는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 K78(FERM BP-2063)인 방법.
  4. 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 BPS-13(FERM BP-1777)의 생물학적 순수한 배양물.
  5. 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 K77(FERM BP-2062)의 생물학적 순수한 배양물.
  6. 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 K78(FERM BP-2063)의 생물학적 순수한 배양물.
